I still make my furniture the old fashion way 😂 I just prefer it. If I can do it with my health problems and shakey hands, I feel like anyone can 🤷♀️ making the furniture from scratch using different materials is usually the longest/hardest part.

@@deliverit9842 😂 yeah, I get it haha I use my Dremel right now for that stuff. I love carving wood with it. It's super fun. All of it is relaxing for me because I have a ton of health problems (chronic & painful) and I homeschool my 9 year old that is on the spectrum... and my husband works second shift... needless to say, after my daughter goes to bed from like 10pm until my husband gets home at 1am, it's something I NEED to do to stay at least semi sane 😂 I also can't sit still, so if my husband and I are watching a movie, I have to be doing something (my husband hates it) with my hands.

That woman chilling and brushing her hair in an abandoned house is much more horrifying than that double-headed scorpion.
The music you provide during the entire video gives a sort of spooky yet calming vibe, in my opinion. It's very calming. Whilst I'm over here writing a story, you're making a whole ass diorama of a masterpiece. I feel so unaccomplished with my life.

I am constantly amazed by everything you do, but as a hobbyist miniature painter seeing your freehand painting skills is absolutely incredible.
I hadn't noticed how I inadvertantly stopped breathing when you started to craft the house and its detailed micro accessories 😮 You have an outstanding understanding of colours and weathering. It would be awesome if you could add some scenes of how you CAD model the 3D creatures.
First timer, I'm 63 retired with joint disease so can't do model making/painting, I started at age 10 with airfix kits, but 00 napoleonic soldiers and then 19th century ships were my favourite, but once I started dioramas made whole thing better, not saying I was any good but I loved it. Even tried hms victory kit in wood, weekly magazine new parts each week steam to bend hull planks and more. Your work is amazing 👏 and I'm so jealous 😅, but I subscribed anyway, thankyou and wow 👌 👏
Gigantometrus Orthrus, or the two headed giant swamp scorpion is as unique for its choice in habitat and neck as its size and strange double heads. Most scorpions have a head attached to their torso and are native to deserts, drowning if left too long in water, but this mutation defies both evolutionary traits. Extremely territorial, once it stakes an area as its own, anything larger than a house cat that sets foot in this area is considered an enemy. The two heads are not, in fact, two separate entities, but rather each head houses half of the brain. This is believed to be because during mating, female arachnids often eat their mate, so this way, the female will only get one of the heads. Worth noting, female arachnids are usually much bigger and our research has only uncovered males of the species.

god i love this- adds so much more immersion to the diorama already !! thank you for this !!
@glenngriffon8032

It is worth noting that scorpions normally have very poor eyesight but this species possesses remarkable acuity in both heads, being able to find prey in a wide variety of light conditions. They also seem to have evolved lungs that resemble a vertebrates as opposed to the usual book-lung structure, allowing them to grow to a much larger size. These animals also lack many sensory organs found in normal scorpion species such as pectines and chalicerae. These reasons and more have caused a wide debate in the scientific community of whether these creatures should be classified as scorpions or be placed in a new, unique Order by themselves.

Work of art.
Fun fact: the exterior of the house is the exact same as "phantom manor" over in Disneyland Paris. Iirc the building used as it's reference (an old Virginian schoolhouse I think) was also used as a reference to the bates motel
The old manor print is actually a replica of "Phantom Manor" from Disneyland Paris!!! :D
Wow . .simply wow . . .right down to the books on the floor. That was fantastic to watch, it was mesmerizing.
Вот это круто! Побольше бы в таком стиле 🔥
As it pans around at end I almost forgot I was looking at a diorama. Breathtaking detail.
The detail in this piece is incredible. From the rugs on the floor to the cobwebs on the furniture. You absolutely crushed this one.
Attention to details. When you zoomed your work i never doubt it as a diorama. It seems like a big real picture of structure. Your really amazing I'm one of your thousand subs and I follow your growth in this art and your I'm proud to see and experienced it. Great job! Thank you thank you.
I think this is your best one. The scale of it. The pieces are amazing. I would live there. God bless
Nice details, esp inside the house. I know most crafters try to get rid of the bubbles, but having bubbles here makes it look better. The only complaint I have is more of constructive criticism: the surface of the water is too still around the tail. Since it's poking above the water, there should been ripples around it.
@DBradar
Жыл бұрын
She usually does, which is the weird thing. My guess is she did the video before fully finishing, because not only did she not do her usual ripples across the top of the water and around the tail, but also did not sand the sides.

The house by itself is a journey of its own. Then connecting that to the rest makes it out of this world.
What a great diorama. The finished product is outstanding, really liked the smoke with the light streaming in the windows.
Damn. So intricate, so gorgeous.
Very cool, I love following you, I'm from Morocco 🇲🇦❤️
Absolutely gorgeous work. Out of curiousity, that was a REALLY large pour with the clear resin. Weren't you afraid that the curing heat would damage the scorpion and the scenery?

Такое ощущение что этот старый дом уже давно заброшен потому что там много паутины и весь он оброс растениями, а девушка в нём это призрак .
Incredible mastury - the scene, the environment... it just all comes together so well. This is what the field is all about! This is the craft of diorama making - taking mundane objects, and turning them into miniture wonders, representative of our world, makes wonder. You combine so much - from a heat clay carving tool to Blender modeling - those sorta skills take years to develop, and I am proud of your commitment, and it shows, and its ohhh so wonderful ♡
The furniture is amazing...each piece is different...incredibile

Fun fact about arachnid anatomy: They have these things called “cephalothoraxes”, a term anyone with knowledge on anatomical terminology will understand as basically just meaning “head torsos”. This is because there’s very little definition between their heads and bodies. With that said, I’m curious what a proper two-headed scorpion would look like.
