I have this dice tower, I don't use it as one though lol. It's actually used as a boss battle layer on one of my many table top custom battle fields. The design is awesome and works great for any Dark sorcerer/sorceress, blood mage, cultist, etc boss you want to end your campaign with. Loot studios is by far my favorite studio to subscribe to and purchase from.

I am fairly new to D&D also, having joined my son's game about 4 years ago as a first-timer. My interest in miniatures is even more recent...about 2 years now. It has been artists like you that have inspired me to see miniatures as more than just decorating dollhouses. This dice tower is absolutely stunning! It takes D&D terrain-making to an entirely new level! I also really appreciated your honesty about how you've been feeling about your channel and work. As a creative, it is reassuring to know that even professionals can lose their momentum and motivation at times, and hearing how you are dealing with that will encourage me to keep on the next time it happens to me. Don't ever apologize for doing something that isn't your original design -- showing us what is possible with something that is already out there is is truly inspiring!

Fasinating. I enjoy both your work and your honesty. I watch several different You Tube channels for advice and tips on making miniatures. I have had comments from many people that I should go on You Tube with my own work. But I can see that doing somthing for fun is very different than also trying to monitize it. Thanks for your honest appraisal of what is involved. Your cinematography is beautiful.

New sub to your channel. Shocked when I saw your subscriber count, just assumed that with the quality of videos and amazing work that you do, that it'd be in the millions (Which I'm certain it will be one day, or at least hundreds of thousands) From what I can see, you started uploading videos a year ago. To get to 65k+ subs in a year is incredible! Please don't stop doing what you do. It's amazing, I'm sure the growth will come. It must be frustrating seeing it slow down, but I'm sure every KZread channel/creator experiences that along the way. Commissioning pieces sounds like a great idea, worth a crack at least. Also, have you considered collaborating with any other KZread creators in the same field, I'm sure a heap of them would love to work with you, and it'd get more eyes and subs over to your channel ( Just personal opinion, I'm no expert!) Have you guys also thought about merchandise for the channel? I'd buy a shirt or something for sure. Or even a one off piece or things that that you make, that people could buy on the website. Please excuse the Harry Potter length message, just really excited for you guys and what's to come for your channel. Keep it up mate, it's incredible and I feel super grateful and lucky to see the creations and process to what you do :)

Don't despair, my friend; let your work speak for you. Hundreds of filmmakers cannot afford to build complete movie sets, and quality miniature is the way to go (think about the opening scene of Beetlejuice). I am sure that in no time you will be contacted to construct some elaborate set for a big production company. Like every other business, there are ups and downs, don't worry about that; things will level back up. Try to join a scriptwriting community and offer your services to build specific scenes; in other words, many scriptwriters need to show their vision for a set to add those photos to their storyboard (that is what I do). Your channel is a learning tool and an inspiration for thousands of artists, and preserving the channel is paramount. I will become a Patreon and buy more files to give the channel a hand.

Your cinematography is so epic that I realized after at least 3 shots of die rolls, I hadn't paid attention to a single outcome! 🤣 Now _that's_ some mesmerizing visuals. I wouldn't be so harsh about the fact that the tower mesh itself wasn't your design. There are tons of very talented miniaturists who use and combine mass-produced, store-bought structures for dollhouses, scenes, furniture, figures, everything, and just like you did here, they take the prepared part as a starting place and make it original with the work they add to it. Are you going to advertise your services to do commissions? You very much should, using your channel as samples. I definitely feel like I understand your dilemma, and I wish you luck whatever route you take. I really just want to see whatever you've done next!

First you have great talent in what you do in your channel. But I think there's a difference in "What you showcase" to "How to become a content creator". There are actual courses now on how to grow your platform free or paid. Maybe use other social media to spread your channel like TikTok and Instagram and also use hashtags for the algorithm. You have to commit to your viewers like have a consistent schedule on when your content comes out like twice a week or something. Good Luck.

Watch your funds increase when you bring video tutorials to your lowest Patreon tiers. A mention in a video is not as much value as a video tutorial. Replace the mention with a video tutorial and watch membership increase, and funds as a result. You'll get a lot more people joining/paying if you did that I'm sure. The real value you have in tiers that are out of reach for a lot of Patreon users that may be looking to support more people on Patreon. A thousand people paying a $1 is the same as one person paying a $1000. One is more likely to happen than the other. Just think how many more of your 65K KZread followers would be tempted to join doing just that.
