Can you help me answer if this machine helps stretch the hamstrings and calves when exercising?

Question 🙋🏾♀️ will the mini stepper help me lose fat in my stomach too? I just bought one for my cardio. Just asking because I have a current strength training routine and need to know if this will do the job I bought it for.

You can't spot reduce, you lose fat based squarely on genetics and your diet. Doing this (and basically any exercise) will help you lose some fat but you can't really determine where you'll lose it and if i were to use percentage it would be like 10% the remaining 90% is diet and genetics.

It has been gathering dust for 2 yrs. I finally took it out and it isnt as easy as it looks. Its really a good workout. Well but the guy is using tge resistance bands too fast. Thats only possible for a few seconds lolz. But its gives a good arms excersice
