Video mě bavilo, bylo velmi zajímavé. Děsila mě montáž ložisek a řazení želva, zajíc za chodu u převodovky bez sinchronů! Cením si odvahy pána, že v jeho věku, bez technologického zázemí v domácích podmínkách se odvážil opravovat stroj u kterého záleží na přesností! Takže OK 😊

Nit as loud as I was expecting. Eventually I will have to upgrade the gears on mine but I just got it back together after putting new bearings in and adding a longer lathe bed. Thanks for the video!

Very good video. The gears for the feed gear on my lathe also broke. Why didn't you change the feed metal gear set in one too?

After about ten years the motor pinion snapped off just this side of the bearing, I got creative and cut the remaining stub off parallel to the fan, on the commutator, and spot welded another shaft on, just little welds so the heat didn't damage the windings.Cut a new recess for the woodruff key, and we are back in business.I used an 8mm coach bolt shaft, plenty of weld seemed to do the trick.That part needs good support.

Желаю хазяену, обратить вниманию, на шестерню вала коропки, она есть, пластиквою может по времени, треснут от случайних, ударов после этого буде часто рват снашивать, сам ремен, от двигателя... А також обратит, внимание на пластековую, со сторони держателя щоток там от случайних ударов в гнезде подшипника, якоря трескается вся задная кришка двигателя что без усиления самой кришкы вийдет через не которое время сам двигател токарного станка. Я вытачевал с второпласта с наружи и с внутри вставкы, скреплял шпилками... Да двигател жилаю вынисть, на ру жу шестеронку вала також поменяв, от ручной дрели, и т. д...
