I always enjoy an excavator video! One suggestion I might offer is to push the clean gravel back, use the dirty gravel as fill, and then retop the area with the clean gravel you pushed back- if that makes sense lol Nice job!!

You said you're not an operator but I think you done very well on that job particularly considering the material you had to work with. The only way to learn is by doing it and you're doing it, so keep up the good work. Obviously the culvert is not big enough for the flow that comes down in a big rain, might be a regular contract for you fixing it up after the storm. That looks a nice machine by the way.

Thanks for the kind words. I feel that I'm getting better every day.

I'm not a big fan of JCB but I do have a Bomag key that fits it. It looks like drain rock. He should have used Base Rock or class 2. You cannot compact drain Rock just like you cannot compact sand. Need a different material that will compact.

Better material would help.

Sweet little machine . Couldn't find anything like that available around me that wasnt whooped, so I ordered a chinese knock off groundhog .

@@wildcatwilly northeast ohio, I sold my ihi 32 wanted something smaller . I went with the 2 ton unit the zh20d we will see how it does . Those little jcb seem like nice machines, smooth with the servos

It does seem to be a smooth machine. I have used it quite a bit on various projects. I moved about 30 tons of gravel dirt mix with it the first time I used it.

I believe mine is 2.5 ton.

I don't know why people feel compelled to put music in a tractor video. That makes about as much sense as going to a music concert to listen to tractor sounds! People that watch tractor videos normally love to listen to the equipment operate.
