thanks man, didn't see that bridged on mine (Update debridged it and it's still showing an output, not sure what im missing) [Final update: if your using a powerbank and it doesn't stay on, add a small ohm resistor to keep it on]

Just done the mod - works on 1.2v cell. Not taken it lower. Switch on for the display for mine is at 3.9v which seems high but readings are accurate enough for my needs.
