Fun facts according to the official fangame (last breath sans): last breath sans has 3 phases, phase 1 is just normal sans with a bit of difficulty, however phase 2 already had the slice on him, phase 3 is where the crack on sans’s head appears. Edit: phase 3 can’t take damage. It has no effect on sans. The only thing you can do is wait. Extra fact: last breath phase 3 was the first (I think) time sans had a crack [please correct me on the extra fact if I’m wrong]
