Way cleaner build than when i hacked together one years back . I swapped the pen for a DVD laser . I wish that plugin for inkscape existed when i first made one . lOL IN the end i got a bigger laser and converted a flatbed scanner into a laser engraver . Mane my own firmware for arduino and used Googles plugin for sending G code over USB . any how great job man .

hi there. I'm planning to use a drill (CNC DRILL) instead of a pen. how can I modify the speed (in codes) of the movement of the motors as you know it takes longer time a drill(engrave) than a pen(write).

If we want print bigger size image,we need to make cnc machine frame bigger,upgrade motor & drivers,code etc.

What voltage are you using for the steppers?

I tested motors one by one and Simple code works fine and also drawing like simple square works too. but for drawing picture that needs two motor to work together , shakes a lot or messy drawing. power supply 5 V 0.7 A

Não é difícil não amigo. Fiz uma grande inteiramente de sucata. Dá pra fazer desenhos de 25 X 20.5 cm. Comprei só o servo motor. O mais difícil pra minha pessoa está sendo a programação que não acertei ainda.

@@ericksonmoura2590 usei sucata de mdf, dois motores de passo de uma impressora epson antiga servo motor paguei 36 reais novo, shield l293d, arduino mega2560 alguns parafusos. alguns codigos vc ja acha pronto, outros vc tem q adaptar a o tamanho da sua maquina e a velocidade. e uma fonte de pc velha .
