In her book Thatcher said openly on the third page that wanted to beat Scargill and his kind into submission no matter what. Quite funny when you look back and think that a half with like Scargill thought he could take on Thatcher and win.

What did Thatcher win? The death of British industry? Britain’s dependency on China and Germany? Traitor Thatcher won fuck all but the destruction of Britain and its communities.

Scargill was a crook who lined his own pockets and tried to buy his council house on the quiet which sort of went against the principles he was supposed to support. Can’t you see it - he is laughing in the faces of decent working people. Absolute slob of a man.

@@Buggsy61 60% of global coal production is deep cast mining. Arthur Scargill was a worker and a miner since the age of 15 years old. Perhaps not a rule follower but his level of corruption was negligible compared to industry fatcats and Tory tyrants.

@@maxpowerii7368 I’m a very conservative and populist individual, I used to actually like Thatcher. I think as you get older the more you realise how much she destroyed traditional Britain and paved the way for that neo-Marxist traitor Blair to finish the country off. She herself even said her greatest achievement was Tony Blair.

He did win in 72.. And in the 80s.. The government cheated in the second one.. It used taxpayers money to fund themselves out of losing and cut off the miners funds.. If you think for a single moment that the miners were defeated think again there children have gone on to become barristers, doctors and decent human beings unlike thatchers lot who went on to become crooks... The apple didn't fall too far from the tree..

Easy for him to say getting paid throughout.
