These were the best days. The glory days of Minecraft. Every day after school in 2013 (keep in mind that I was in 1st grade at the time) I would turn on my Xbox, load up Minecraft, invite my friends to my Xbox live party and game, we would work on my world until it was time to go to bed. On the weekends off school, not only my friends would play with me, but my grandma, dad, uncle's and sister would play with me as well. The memories and nostalgia...🥺😭

Im sorry to say but they probably won’t tbh. Nothing can beat minecraft in being one of the best games out there, especially in its Xbox 360 “prime” days. They can play minecraft today or wether you call it lucky they can play the legacy version on a old console if the parents or you passes down the console and game to them. But I think they wouldn’t really like it especially if they use KZread seeing minecraft today, they’d get envy like why can’t I play that version? Or they’d be bored pretty quick because tbh minecraft can get boring pretty quickly especially if you don’t play with friends

yeah i think after 2019ish updates the music isn’t playing constantly, or a lot. i notice it a lot now replaying the game after i stopped playing for a few years. it really annoys me that the game just gets really quiet for awhile randomly, dunno feels off.

Xbox 360 version just hits different, somethin about it that i can’t really pinpoint to one specific thing. When trying to explain it I feel like it’s a mixture of the ui, world generation, sounds, and even the gamma option which seems really weird lol. Minecraft will never feel the same again due to all the changes. Nostalgia plays a role in making me feel this way ofc but even the tiniest little details make a world of difference in how it feels/plays. It just doesn’t have that certain touch now which is sad :(

We would make these like markets were we would sell random things like pickaxes to each other and I also remember we made a lot of tree houses for no reason at all we didn't know what we were doing but we were having fun...

Me and my little brother had a creative superflat world YEARS ago on the xbox 360 edition that we spent HOURS AND HOURS on. Every saturday all day we'd play building our town together, recreating stampy's buildings as well as designing some of our own. We'd pretend to have jobs and even "saved the town" from fires and floods that we'd initiate, and make memorials to honor the villagers that had died. We spent more time in that minecraft world than probably any other, until one day, after an update, it just disappeared somehow. I dont know what caused it but all those memories ceased to have physical reminders. We were devastated. Now we're all grown up, hes in college and I'm saving for a house, but i look back on those classic minecraft memories fondly

"continue playing offline" at the beginning was very nostalgic to me. When I was younger my mom didn't like me playing online with strangers so 90% of the time I never connected my xbox to the internet. Of course I snuck around sometimes but most of the time I just played alone or with friends when they came over. It asked me that question every single time I opened the game, but I definitely never thought that question would ever give me nostalgia the way it has

Long Comment, I first got my xbox one 10 years ago for christmas and the first game I had gotten was minecraft, I was roughly 8 at the time. I rememeber for the next 5 years I played the game on a daily basis, with my friends, siblings, cousins, grandparents. Pretty much any person that came to my house I would teach them minecraft. Sadly after 5 years, my disk drive on my xbox one broke. I tried fixing it but never got the chance to get it done. After time I just never got around to it. Finally, this last chrismas I bought myself the new xbox series x. The first game I played was the Minecraft Xbox One edition which I found they haven't updated since 2017 (I prefer old mc over new mc). The first world I got on was my creative world that me and a bunch of my friends spent months working on. Just building random games, roller coasters, mansions, you name it. I just started bawling my eyes out because those were easily the best days of my childhood. I never would think a game like this would make such a big impact on me but it has. I listen to records and I purposely bought both the C418 - Alpha and Beta records because no matter what, listening to those songs make me feel like a kid again. It makes me feel inspired and relaxed. I hope this game lives its days and goes on to be the best game for generations to come, because without minecraft, I'm convinced my childhood wouldn't have been as amazing.

Man its really gonne be 10 years since i last played minecraft with my brother. The nostalgia and heartache i feel. I still miss you, wish i can go back time and just sit around the living room tv and just play for hours again.

PS3 and PC 2013-17 Minecraft was an unforgettable memory and will be for everyone

Minecraft for the 360 always has a special place in my heart. This, along with Pocket Edition were the greatest experiences of Minecraft I could have ever asked for. Now, I play Bedrock on my phone and always look back at the good times I had growing up with this game.

I used to play this with my brother all the time, we played together with the divided screen option. Its was so fun, I used to build big houses with one material and then share the resources with him.

i still remember the day i got this. so i had been playing minecraft for a while on my dad’s ipad, and i loved it, every chance i got to play on the ipad, which was like, 2 times a day for 2 minutes each, i’d be on minecraft, building whatever i felt like building. one day, me and my family were in walmart, and i was browsing for games to play. then something caught my eye. it was something i didn’t think existed. “minecraft: xbox 360 edition”. i immediately got excited and showed it to my parents, at first they didn’t wanna buy it, but eventually i convinced them to buy it for me. saying i was excited would be an understatement, and i had to wait at least an hour for the car ride home, but when i did, i rushed downstairs and booted up the game as quickly as i could, and it was magical, sure it took me a while to figure out the controls, but i was a kid, i was just having fun. looking back i’m glad i got to grow up with this masterpiece of a game, and i’d say it shaped me to be who i am today.

brings back many memories, playing this with my brother and trying to build the biggest empire was truly nostalgia... one day i will make/code my own minecraft game and play it with my brother.

Trying not to cry watching this shit man cant believe its literally been 10 years since I got this game... Christmas day 2013 I was in first grade man..

Xbox 360 Edition was the first edition I ever played on. I remember playing everyday after school when I was in elementary, and even through middle when I got an Xbox One. I can vividly remember the excitement I had to run to my console after school in 2012-2014 to download the new TU updates when they announced things like different types of wood, jungles, emeralds, etc. Since I watched my fair share of CaptainSparklez/Antvenom/insert creator content here, as everyone my age did in the fourth-fifth grade, I knew what was coming in all of these updates and how to play them since I watched my favorite youtubers play them on Java edition. This was such a problem-free period of my life and I look back on it as some of the best years I ever had gaming, before the FPSs and gun games. Block game was everything lol. Truly a golden era of Minecraft.

I think it was around 5-6 years ago I made a survival world. It was my favorite thing that I have ever made in Minecraft. I made my own village, huge farm, storage space, house with a basement. But then I wanted to go past the ocean update and get the new stuff so I saved up for a Xbox One and sold my Xbox 360. One of my biggest mistakes. I’ve recently got a disability that makes it hard for me to do anything. One of the worst symptoms is brain fog. But I still remember that world like it was the back of my hand. Thank you Minecraft ❤
