I love that despite the fact this verison is 10 years old or so you still managed to implement a much more modern and new build style, that goes to show games definetly can increase brain function. So keep going!

that is partly why I enjoy building in old minecraft, u need to be way more creative with the limited blocks you have. very fun to think outside of the box and make builds look nice with very little.

when minecraft was minecraft the best builder style ever

i love beta so much and i started playing around 1.5 but i just love the crazy world generation and the empty peaceful feeling in the day and the kinda scaryness of going into a cave or going out at night because you can't sprint. I really think minecraft was balanced around that

That intro gives me an immense feeling of nostalgia. Watching the beta mountains spawn in in all its glory.

after a lot of atempts of playing minecraft again and again since idk 2017, old and new versions i always failing after max 4-5 hours of gameplay on 1 save. i always was looking for that feeling i had in 2011, simple childhood memories which i adore with great sentiment and melancholy and when i can not find those blisfull emotion get me frustrated and thats why i think stops playing mc and repeat process after few moths or so... i dont really know how it works but i watched this video without skiping a eye and i found all those feelings i was looking for... thank u buddy, apreciate that a lot and also great seed, love that mountais

I like beta 1.7.3 world generation more than the new one even despite some bugs and stuff. The world just felt better to explore etc.

normally it should be the same as opening any other version of minecraft, so the problem must be specific to you. Not sure what the problem is, though. Hope that helps

You need Java 8 64-bit. Beta 1.7.3 doesn't support Java 17 (which is the default java)

Add this alongside whats already in your JVM arguments under the more options tag in the isntallation menu. It's a little buggy and sometimes doesn't work but it should at some point. It also reverts the sounds to the old sounds. -Dhttp.proxyHost=betacraft.uk -Djava.util.Arrays.useLegacyMergeSort=true

The good thing about beta is that it doesnt give you goals the world will be what you want not like modern Minecraft kill that explore this.

minecraft lost it's identity. heck is they doing with armadillos and frogs???? I can't even place a slab vertically, get yo priorities straight
