The fun thing about minecraft is when you are strip mining at -53 and all of a sudden you get the darkness effect, you then wait a few seconds and then you get sonic boomed into oblivion. This was how I lost my 7 month hardcore world. This was when I was trying out the new update on my world.

There is a way to escape the farm geode farm meme. And that's by getting an azalea sapling or whatever there called and growing it using bone meal then after that your gonna craft some stone and wooden tools using the wood and finally after your up you are going to kill the nearest cow or any food source animal and eat it and after your a little better your gonna kill more to get more food and then craft a boat to get back to your house which isn't gonna take long since it's only 2k blocks and I've actually traveled 2k blocks using boats which takes about like 5 and a half minutes and also your gonna have to kill some sheep to make a bed while your at it.
