Great and beautiful Masterpiece

Overall a great design, looks excellent. But sad to say, it still has the one glaring flaw I see in practically all of your modern style builds: The back side is flat and boring. The front is excellent, even the sides aren't too bad on this one, though the shapes could be a bit more dynamic. But the rear of the house is just one flat line with hardly any windows. I'm sorry, but that's just dull and not very good design. What's more, in this build in particular it seems to cause some problems, like how the top of the staircase is very narrow, so much so that it can be awkward to step off of the stairs. If you were to just add a little something to the back of the build, I promise you it would be 100 times better. There's other things I could criticize, like how I'm not fully sold on just mirroring the same rooms on both sides; surely there are other things that could be done with those spaces, like a storage closet instead of a second bathroom, or a library/study instead of a second upstairs bedroom, but as you say the interior here is only a demonstration example. The flat back is the real issue here. I've brought it up in other videos and really would encourage you to consider your designs from all sides, not just one.
