I love how this collab is you and Barry being brought into each other's world. This feels like an irl Zedvancement!

I like how it starts off pretty normal-ish ingredient-wise, with berries and carrots, and then takes a journey through mushrooms and straight on to the unexpected squid and freshly made ash.

Having seen the Zed-Tango cooking streams, I think Barry Lewis was very happy that he didn't have to cook with utensils taped to his hands.

the collab we never knew we needed but uhh... going into this video I never thought there would be meat, squid ink and ash of all things involved 😅

Fun fact: Gold leaf is considered the most expensive edible 'food' item in the world per mass.

That reminded me of clumy cooking so much! I laughed throughout the whole taste testing bit in the end. A-MA-ZING! :D

For the chorus fruit cookie you could have used something from the Philippines called ube (pronounced like oo-bay). Ube is used in cakes and ice cream and a sort of fudge-like confection called ube halaya. Ube is quite purple.

As someone familiar with both channels, this is a collab I never expected!!

11:18 so uh just, to let you know, good to check and make sure the paper doesn't have any chemicals from the process that might be left over after burning. They use chems sometimes to help the paper repel moisture and retain the ink and such.

I've watched so many Barry videos since you first mentioned him, so I've been very much looking forward to this. And it didn't disappoint! Fantastic episode. Hope there will be more in the future :)

With the chill music you have at the end of every video, I kind of feel like I just watched an episode of Bob Ross's art show. Maybe you could do that in the next season of Hermitcraft: "And now we'll put a happy little gunpowder farm next to this happy little tree....."

When the movie started and Barry joked, "Get out of my kitchen," I was thinking, "If Zed showed up at my kitchen, I'd love it." By the end... I'm not so sure. Also, at $8 or more per sheet of gold leaf, that was one expensive carrot cookie (but seriously, I'm going to try making carrot cookies!).
