not really. When we talk about higher dimensions, we ignore time as one of them, because if we would include it, our world would be 4D, 4D would become 5D and so on. its not actually 5 dimensional, we cannot even perceive a fourth dimension, imagine a stick figure trying to comprehend the third dimension, they would only have a one dimensional perception (a vertical or horizontal line, depending on which plane of reality they are on), so a stick figure perceiving the third dimension is impossible. because of that, we cannot perceive the fourth dimension, and a four dimensional figure cannot perceive the fifth dimension.

time is a 4th dimenstion, however because we can't controll it's flow, we ignore it while talking about dimensions. 4th and 5th spacial dimensions might exist, but I don't think it's been already proved, however these dimensions can be simulated, even if they do not exist. But the truth is that this wideo is completly inaccurate
