a KZreadr named Boffy utilized a mod that swaps gravity around. He beat the game while upside down. The mod was called Up And Down And All Around by Mysteryem. You can find it pretty easily on Curseforge. I've toyed with it a bit and it's really fun (but also REALLY rage inducing)
