For the TNT mine, if you want a more stealthy explosion, you can use 2 powered rails instead of an activator (Make sure there are blocks on either end of the rails), and use atleast 3 TNT minecarts. This way, when activated, the minecarts will press into eachother and fly out, causing them to explode quicker without a very noticable fuse.

Can I have the link of that texture pack for 1.19.4 I downloaded and even tried to use it but it literally makes all mobs eyes into white. It feels so cursed and scary. It looks like those innocent mobs are being controlled by herobrine

U just replace the blocks with the slabs. slabs don't burn on fire. for the lighting try replacing strong blocks against lighting.
