for the lightning rod door one you can use armor stands for the door

Fun fact, in Minecraft, if you place magma blocks underwater, it does not ONE but TWO stuff for you, 1. Gives you bubbles to breathe 2. If you're lazy go down to you underwater base yourself, magma blocks lend you down!

There is an easy way to teleport using a single command block so dig two blocks down then place a shulk sensor then place a command block above it set the mode to impulse then place a grass block and place another command block next to it inside them you need to put the following commands: 1./tp @p (closest position) true 2./effect @p poison 1 50 true Then put a Redstone dust next the shulk sensor and last but not least build a secret enterence at the back of your house
