Lena Raine is really bringing the fantasy aspect of Minecraft. C418's tracks made us appreciate how beautiful the world of Minecraft is but Lena Raine is really making us feel it in the moment. Alright 2 months later I guess I should clarify: I've been playing Minecraft since 2013 so I understand how incredible the connection between C418's music and Minecraft is but what I'm saying is that where C418's music is beautiful, Lena Raine's is more ambient to fit the more fantastical direction Minecraft is heading.

Labyrinthine hits different
I'm a 24 year old dad and just listening to Aerie makes me wanna cry. It makes me feel so nostalgic for early Minecraft beta. Before there was hunger, the end, endearment. All we had was all the basic animal mobs and monster mobs no crazy jungle biomes and mushroom biomes. Minecraft was so different in 2011 and it was SOOOO good for 12 year old me who was just starting to really hit puberty. My imagination kicked back in and I was building what I thought were the coolest things ever. My son is 16 months old and I really can't wait until he can have that memory of making your own world, chopping your first tree, building your first house and mining your first diamond. Minecraft is timeless. I really hope it never stops getting support from Mojang. This game will go down in history as one of the greatest games of all time.

Firebugs has to be my standout favorite from the new songs. It feels so new, yet so familiar. It's like they were able to pluck out my memories of first playing the game back in alpha when I was only eight or nine years old, and put them into the form of a song. It's so distinctly familiar to a song I can't remember the title of by C418, yet Lena put so much of herself into it. I can't wait for this next update.

Labyrinthine is such a vibe and it totally adds a mysterious and fantasy feeling to the game, it always plays as I work on my base and it really improves the experience
Aerie, brought me to tears, just imagining, Steve not knowing what wonderful world he will discover yet, but just walking through the luscious landscapes of the wonderful world of Minecraft that built my childhood ❤😊
I love ancestry. I was listening to it while fighting the warden and it absolutely flabbergasted me.
Samuel Åberg did a great job of making Five really creepy
everyone saying about firebugs and Aerie but "Labyrinth" is good too
I personally LOVE labyrinthine, it's such a great song, gives of adventurous vibes, I've been playing Minecraft for 7 years now if it ain't longer than that and I really appreciate how the game is still alive and getting updates.
My parents split almost a year ago and "Aerie" really helped me remember what it was like back then, so calm and peaceful, even "wonderful", one could say. You don't truly know what you have until you have lost it. Aerie, This song could, and will, bring back any wonderful memories someone has in their past life. These songs tell a story, and Aerie is mostly nostalgic, sorrowful, and finally, at the end of the song you can clearly hear Acceptance. The song "Other Side", is a great depiction of moving on from any traumatic experiences such as a loved one passing or a divorce. Other side, while being upbeat, the beginning of the song clearly shouts "I remember the good times but I'm ready to move on to better ones, Acceptance and moving forward.
I love labyrinthine it’s so chilling and some actions in this song

Now don’t get me wrong, C418 was an excellent composer of Minecraft’s soundtrack and the likes of Sweden, Mice on Venus and Haggstorm are all amazing, but they give us nostalgia of older minecraft and Lena Raine is helping with that to because adding in more songs can make us more appreciative of the songs we know so fondly, and that when they come on we will find them more nostalgic and heart-touching because they won’t be that frequent anymore, but all of this still doesn’t take away from the fact that Lena Raine is an amazing musician and the soundtracks and songs she has made for Minecraft shouldn’t be overlooked.

I actually find myself not looking forward for the C418 songs just because the Lena songs go SO HARD. Of course, C4's songs aren't bad, much the opposite, I love them a lot, and they played a big part in my life, but I think I've grown a bit tired of them after all these years, and the Beta album really isn't my favorite. Lena's songs though? No misses, and they capture the exact vibe I love in calmer songs.

Minecraft feels so familiar but yet so different. The game has changed so much throughout the years, but yet it still feels like minecraft, like the mysterious feeling of being in a vast world and not knowing what's out there or what you may find. This update truly reimagines and sorta recreate that sense of adventure we all experience when we first played minecraft. These tracks truly embrace that feeling.

Think its been 5 or more years since i played. Thought if i left it for long enough, when i’d come back to it it’d feel like a whole new game with all the updates stacking onto eachother for one big change. Started playing the new minecraft again; playing with my friend through hamachi LAN multiplayer. Its insane. These new tracks completely surprised me too. I instantly knew these were going to be classics in the future. Exploring the new giant and endlessly sprawling caves has been a treat. I hope minecraft continues to grow forevermore from this point too. I wonder after a couple of year from now how much the game will grow even more. From someone who played the game really early on, its crazy how it feels like im playing it for the first time again but also feel like im coming back home. Makes me feel like crying.
Firebugs has no right to be such a banger! Everytime it plays I just stop whatever I'm doing just to vibe with it
"Aerie" has a nostalgic Earthbound vibe that I just adore
c418 is of course amazing, showstopping, incredible, brilliant, etc. but im really happy to see (or ig hear) some more of lena's work! to say this in a simpler way, *c418 walked and owned that walk so that lena raine could run* (not trying to say one is better than the other tho. i love both and u may prefer one over the other n that's chill, but we can all agree both are extremely talented!)
All of them are beautiful
Love the lenna raine vibe
