സമയം കുറക്കുക. പല സമയങ്ങളിലായി ഒന്ന് രണ്ട് മിനുട്ട് ചെയ്ത് നോക്കുക. പിന്നീട് ക്രമേണ സമയദൈർഘ്യം വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
