Mindful Yoga for Teens

Watch this video and learn how to move slowly & mindfully through some yoga poses with yoga instructor Mary Dowling. Mindful moments allow our busy minds to relax and unwind while yoga poses build strength and flexibility. Studying your breath and any sensations you feel about your body helps combat anxiety and stress and promotes happiness and overall well-being.
