Hey! I haven’t tried it out so I’m not sure but I think it’s under settings, screen time and think select downtime. It says that you’re able to schedule time away from the screen and shut down any apps that you want for a certain period of time so it sounds like what Jaclyn was talking about. I hope this helps!

If you have an iPhone it’s in settings under screen time. You them go to down time and can put a time block on your apps
