Hello again. I wrote a comment in your recent (today) video. Again, the amnesia pointer is a great pointer. With amnesia, all thoughts, facts, information, memories about the "person" is wiped off, hence, the loss of personal identity. However, the lobotomy is also a great pointer too. Why? If, in addition to amnesia, all knowledge of the person, of the body, and of the world, including language (not able to speak), is removed right now, what happens? What are you seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching with absolutely no knowledge of anything? What was the newborn, who has no knowledge of anything, seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching? Does the newborn "experience" the seeing, hearing, touching, tasting, smelling? Is the newborn conscious OF or aware OF anything? What was consciousness like prior to the mind? Why is it called "pure consciousness?" Are you conscious? Obviously. Why can't you be just conscious and not be conscious OF things? It is simple that if you are reading this, then you ARE conscious. You can't deny this fact. You are also conscious OF the computer screen in front of you, yes? Why can you NOT be conscious OF the screen while being conscious? Can conscious-ness (being conscious) NOT be conscious OF? It can't. Why? Conscious-ness itself is not split. Conscious-ness is just conscious-ness. Being conscious OF is split. To be conscious OF means there has to be an object "separate" from you. The key here is "separate" or dualistic. What makes duality? The mind (thoughts, knowledge, information, etc.). Again, the questions and the words are made by the mind. Everything outside of you, all objects and subjects, including your body, is all appearances made by the mind/knowledge. The mind/knowledge "is the beginning and an end" (duality or polarity or 2 points) while conscious-ness or aware-ness have no beginning and no end (non-duality, no birth and no death, singularity, zero point). Terrence, My question is if you don't even label seeing as seeing (and hearing as hearing etc ), Will there be even seeing or any sensing at all? Looks like even for that mind is required (if that is the label we choose to give to this labelling process). What are even act (seeing) and objects (seen) unless there is a labelling of them. Could it be that the whole thing is a creation, including seeing and then labelling ?

The frustration for me is that the "I" can't be seen by the you, the I can't be seen so I'm feeling rather invisible, theres noway to validate myself in your eyes, its like not having a reflection from the mirror that your standing in front of

Can you see how deeply dualistic your statement is? There’s an “I” “me” “you” “I’m” no wonder there’s confusion, either continue watching more of the online KZread videos I have or come join us in Satsang, the first one is complementary, that’ll at least give you an idea as to what you’re hearing expressed resonates for you or not, book on the website, it’ll take way to long to unpack using this platform 🙏
