Well Hanuman chalisa is not 3000 years old, it was written by Shri Tulsidasa in 16'th Century while he was being prisoned by Akbar. The verse is 'Juug Sahastra Jojan Par Bhaanu, Leelyo Taahi Madhur Phal Jaanu', if you decode this verse you would get the exact distance between earth & sun. The meaning of this verse is that Lord Hanuman (while being a kid) saw the sun & thought it to be some sweet fruit & flew towards the sun to eat it. Anyone may call this to be mythology & I don't want to get into it, what is important is Shri Tulasidasa, when composed Hanuman Chalisa in praise of Lord Hanuman, already knew the distance between the earth & the sun without any advanced devices, the question is HOW? There are various words in ancient Indian texts which we have been hearing since being kids & the meaning of those words are being deciphered now. Another example being, some of the greatest gods or Lord of the Lords, in Indian Hindu texts it is called as Anant Koti Bramhanda Nayaka, meaning the ruler of infinite universes, back then we never thought of it's real meaning, however scientists have now coined the word 'multiverse' meaning infinite number universes. How would Indian vedic texts have words like these without having the knowledge of more than one universe? It cannot be just an imagination of someone, there has to be some valid advanced way that they knew lot of things already without the telescopes & modern gadgets.

We have concept of "ardhanareshwara" which means half masculine and half feminine energy in a body. The concept is we have both masculine hormones and feminine hormones in us which we should balance in life as individuals. Also at societal level there must be well balanced men and women. Shiva is a god who killed the "kama" (which means desires/sexual desires) through his third eye(which is in layman language means meditation) which means sexuality is beyond lust and sexual desires in Hinduism it is more of spiritual thing which is so valuable for progeny and continuation of humankind. How anything which saves humankind can be negative or bad? Shiva is god of destruction yet he also represents creation, its the reality of creation and destruction of world.

Jaby India is one of the indigenous civilization still intact, else Christianity and Islam have tried to conquer and convert most of the places in the world. Vimana reference we find mostly before 7000 years ago during Mahabharat time and Ramayana. And there are books specifically dedicated to Vimana but we Indians don't read them as they are in Sanskrit as for Greece and other parts, most of these texts specially concentrate on India, you will get references of Greece, Persion region and South America and South East Asia and Centrial Asia.

@@techsala2675 I don't think there will be any sources most of them were destroyed during the invasion. So your point is a fact now. Most of the scriptures were destroyed during British invasion. I even heard from my grandfather that there was a scripture which was discovered,and the researchers were estimating it to be a very old piece and people were researching but they burnt down the whole place thinking that freedom fighters were hiding there.

Being an Indian and a worshipper of Lord Shiva, I'm also skeptical about what they said. I accept Shiva lingam as a cosmic energy but not a nuclear power plant... And I don't know about Vimana stuff there but we do have an ancient book that talks about flying vehicles... Named as "Vimana sahita". Dhanvantari is still being associated here with medical colleges and all. And I'd like to let it be like that.
