Thank you, Liberty Belle! I hope you are enjoying your Dimash journey. He is my favorite singer! What Dimash Kudaibergen can do with his voice is not mere skill . . . It is miraculous . . . otherworldly . . . Some say he is an alien. Others say an angel. I’m not sure how he has such vocal power, not just over his voice, but over the emotion he evokes in the hearts of many listeners - all ages, various cultures, ethnicities, nationalities. The fans who are addicted and feel a powerful emotional attraction to his voice, or VOICES, -- of which he has many - are called DEARS. I am one of many. Please check out “Stranger” and “Olympico” next. These are Igor Krutoy compositions. Mr. Krutoy came out of retirement to work specifically with Dimash and their collaborations are fabulous. Next, check out “El Amor En Ti”. Dimash composed this for his Spanish speaking Dears. It always amazes me how he can emote songs in language he does not speak. Not only that, he can convey those emotions to listeners who also do not speak the language of the song. I’m a retired teacher 66 year old grandmother from Alabama, and I have never responded to a singer the way I do to Dimash.

He manages to lift people to heaven with just one vowel. He leaves me speechless every time I hear this song. And I love it when the drums come in. It's so unique. Igor Krutoy (the gentleman at the piano) composed this version of the Ave Maria at Dimash's request. Did you know that there are more than 100 versions of the Ave Maria? Now there is one more. Usually, Ave Maria is a prayer to the Holy Virgin Mary. In this case, however, it is a prayer for all people, no matter what religion they belong to. Besides that Dimash is a Muslim and Igor Kurtoy, who often accompanies him on the piano, is Jewish. That is why this Ave Maria has no lyrics, since it is not only sung for Christians. He sang this song on the New Wave in Sochi, Russia in 2021. This is an international contest for young performers founded by Igor Krutoy in 2002. Dimash sang here as a guest and was also a member of the jury. Igor Krutoy is a famous Russian-Ukrainian composer, producer and songwriter. His and Dimash's collaboration created true masterpieces. If I'm not mistaken, this “Ave Maria” by composer and conductor Igor Krutoy is a work in vocalize format, completely unpublished, although it seems to be a variation of the initial theme (not the introduction but the singing part) of the melody by Schubert adapted to Dimash's voice in order to explore just as three initial notes and changing the fourth note to a higher note (From B4, A4 D#4 C#4 and B4 to G#4, G4, G4, D#5): Like a leap from "dark to light" which is the same contrast as Dimash's outfit (from dark to light)! It also seems to refer to the Russian V. Vavilov's version of "Ave Maria" (wrongly credited to Caccine) and work by JS Bach - Prelude No. 1 in C major, BWV 846, with arrangements by Gounod, which Maetro Igor Krutoy has a predilection for!
