Dimash is the king ot singing and emotions !!!!

Dimash singing makes me cry with many songs too. Ave Maria means "All Hail Mary" and it is a prayer to Maria the mother of Jesus for the Catholic Church. It is not ONE song: many composers used that prayer as lyrics for their compositions Most people thought this would be the traditional prayer but this is not the Franz Schubert´s Ave Maria, on Bach/Gounod´s, or Michael Lorenc´s or Ave Maria di Caccini. I know them well because I used to play them when I studied to play the piano. His singing this being a muslim in a country where there are almost no Christians would be completely misunderstood. Dimash did a new one composed by Igor Krutoy and I guess that it started to take form from that featuring in "Love is like a dream. It has not lyrics, it is magic using only one vowel and impressing on it the feeling of that prayer.

Yes, my dad had a wonderful Tenor voice, and, instilled a love of Opera in me. He died a few years ago, aged 96. I see a wonderful performance like this, and almost mentally make a note to myself to show Dad this performance, or that performance. And, then, I remember he isn't here to share it with. But, I know he'd absolutely love all of Dimash's performances. And, Forestella, and Zhou Shen, and Henry Lau. Maybe not so much my favourite Hua Chenyu (Rock, Rap, Reggae, Pop, SynthPop, Electronic, Ballads, Accoustic, Broadway, Traditional Chinese, Folk, Peking Opera... ). And a composer, music arranger and multi multi instrumentalist (like Dimash and Henry). Dad never "got" the modern stuff.😉 😂

It means so reading these words. It all came from the heart. Dimash's performance helped pull out emotions so deep that I didn't know How much I miss him. I'm not sure how often I will listen to this song because I want to save it for special occasions, when I want to spend time thinking of my father and honoring who he was and what impact he left on my life and others. He had such a passion for music and live concerrs and that greatly influenced my career path. I will forever be grateful to my father and Dimash for reminding me. If I'm not mistaken, this “Ave Maria” by composer and conductor Igor Krutoy is a work in vocalize format, completely unpublished, although it seems to be a variation of the initial theme (not the introduction but the singing part) of the melody by Schubert adapted to Dimash's voice in order to explore just as three initial notes and changing the fourth note to a higher note (From B4, A4 D#4 C#4 and B4 to G#4, G4, G4, D#5): Like a leap from "dark to light" which is the same contrast as Dimash's outfit (from dark to light)! It also seems to refer to the Russian V. Vavilov's version of "Ave Maria" (wrongly credited to Caccine) and work by JS Bach - Prelude No. 1 in C major, BWV 846, with arrangements by Gounod, which Maetro Igor Krutoy has a predilection for!

Igor Krutoy (the gentleman at the piano) composed this version of the Ave Maria at Dimash's request. It's not the Ave Maria you may know. Did you know that there are more than 100 versions of the Ave Maria? Now there is one more. Usually, Ave Maria is a prayer to the Holy Virgin Mary. In this case, however, it is a prayer for all people, no matter what religion they belong to. Besides that Dimash is a Muslim and Igor Kurtoy, who often accompanies him on the piano, is Jewish. That is why this Ave Maria has no lyrics, since it is not only sung for Christians. He sang this song on the New Wave in Sochi, Russia in 2021. It fills my heart knowing that this connected with you! I didn't expect this song to unearth such strong feelings out of me. My father passed in 2020 and sometimes I feel that I haven't fully dealt with his passing. This performance helped me get closer to my father even though he's no longer with us on earth.
