A absolute joke of a valuation the club should not accept this at all costs. The valuation should be 35-40million one of the best players in the championship last season.

That's the buyer floating a figure in the hope of getting a bargain. The management team at LUFC know they have a gem and they know it's true value, particularly when there is more than one buyer involved. Storm/Teacup OLFC.

Summerville goes to the Premier League, no other league can afford him. We should be asking for close to £40m in todays prices, he would be a star at any Prem club. A lot of clubs want him so aim high. We always want to sell our players cheaply IMO.

@@coner4675 We have one season to escape the championship. If that is game at hand, £17m now is better than £7 or 8. Short-term sacrifice for long-term gain. Losing £10m and making the prem may be acceptable. If it's £17m in instalments, I agree - it's offensive.
