Yes it was on medium to high throughout.. Just at the end i turned down the heat to low.. ❤

Hello Gaza, if you have time do you think you could post an ingredients list. There were a couple of spices I couldn’t quite catch the name of. I have a really good and helpful Indian store quite near to me so I think I would be able to get hold of the ingredients quite easily. Anything I don’t understand when I’m in the shop I look for an older lady - older than me - I’m no spring chicken! and ask their advice on how to cook things or how much of a certain thing to add. They are sooooo helpful and I get the impression they like being asked. Thanks Gaza 😊

Yes it was on high.. But you can turn it to medium to high... I kept it on high because Ameer and the kids were more hungry than usual lol.. Toe maak ek gou 😂
