Here I show you how to make my version of frikkadel. I served my frikkadel with yellow rice, mashed potatoes, corn and beetroot salad. Frikkadel is one of my favourite foods to eat. I often make it to serve with naan, salad and yoghurt sauce or tomato frikkadel served with white rice or spaghetti.

    I always rinse my rice after the first cook. I’ll soak my rice when I make akhni
