That is what it will be. As soon as the poll finished Kishimoto wrote a letter addressed to fans, and in it he says this will be the story if how Minato created the Rasengan.

Sounds like its gonna be a story of how he developed (or more accurately took on and improve) the flying raijin technique which will boost his status up to his eventual success as a hokage just like his son naruto did with his rasenshuriken

It would be wonderful if they cover Obito's story too in that

We waited for more then a year and a half. For 1 chapter

I am excited but kinda bummed it's only 1 chapter. It's not like I expected there to be 500 or even 300 chapters but it'd be nice if the world was expanded more besides Boruto like I quit that series years ago, I wanna see more stories around characters from naruto's era before he became Hokage or even before Naruto was born. Hell I'd love to see a series based around Gaara and his missions before meeting Naruto as we learned he's been on a few bit given his mindset he'd definitely take on missions in a different way from Naruto and it'd be interesting to see as he'd let Shukaku loose more than Naruto does with Kuruma at least till he gets defeated by Naruto.

That’s cool. It’s not as big or long but we got all three generations.

I hope they'll show him using nature releases because this will possibly be set in a time before he got the flying raijin and developed the rasengan. It would be great if we finally get to see the hidden Eddie village since he learnt a lot of his best sealing techniques from the Uzumaki Clan. Kishimoto has a huge opportunity to do some world building with the manga. I hope it doesn't disappoint

For neji he was acting sluggishly even hinata had the better of him. During the war he literally got caught by one of the zetsu so hopefully they explqin more about the curse mark on his forehead which coudve been what was bothering him. Sakumo should show the mission he was on where he chose his comrades over the missions success, which lead to suicide. 2nd hockage could just be him being a badass and show us why he is 2nd hockage. Shisui i woudnt mind him showing us how he experience the kotomatsukami first hand or how he developed it. man really wish kiba, shino made the list i needed more of them. Man so much naruto and we are getting 4 new episodes for part 1 naruto soon.
