MHJ worked with EXO at SM. The same EXO that their fans accused BTS of plagiarising the hair colour, the school concept, and the photos in their early years, and buy out albums.The same EXO that BTS beaten since 2016. I mean they was very up before: the big3, more money, more power, more influence than BSH dreamed in that period. After 2015-2016 they were down stairs. So, can anyone imagine that MHJ was mad of that? Or in her own manner she accused BSH and BTS? Anyways that it was supposed to be and stay in the past, but the leopard can't change its spots.

Totally agree with you, Allkpop and Koreaboo are biased towards one side or the other and tend to show it in some of the things they report on, truly shameless. I look at the evidence as presented and the actions of the person, to determine whether or not to believe in someone’s potential innocence, but at the end of the day, it’s still innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. That said, the legal system there is still so so, so I’m curious how this will turn out. I really hope the judge looks at everything thoroughly and makes the right decision. Objectively, all the evidence points to Min-Hee Jin being guilty, so we’ll see what happens.

I think the main reason why the court ruled in her favor is because while she showed disloyalty towards HYBE through her actions, she hasn't actually committed the crime as of yet (aka successfully taking over ADOR). So we know she has every intention of going through with her plans, she hasn't fully enacted everything in her plan yet which saved her behind here.

So if HYBE can't sack her for the moment, I wud presume they cn replace her minions on the Ador board & then leave her to her own devices without ANY financial backing & then just leave her to run her sub-label company & gg NJ into the ground⁉️🤔

She can still be fired she just can’t be fired tomorrow during the shareholders meetings since the court found it in her favor. The courts believe that she actively tried to destroy hybe but because she didn’t act upon it. They can’t hold her liable. Plus she never harmed ador. Essentially it’s almost like how in the US when people get charged for “attempt of murder charge. “ Basically they (court) said yeah she planned it and she was going to carry it out but because she didn’t act upon it. You can’t fire her for it. If you want to fire her then take it to criminal court. in the contract that hybe signed with mhj, it states that she has to harm her subsidy company (ador) in order to reach breach of trust but because she went after hybe, which is a parent company she can still keep her job.

I see. If that’s the case, not even a premeditated plan to attempt anything, can really stand a chance in this particular situation either then. So if MHJ wins, can HYPE appeal to have a criminal trial? I’m not as knowledgeable on how these kinds of things work.

That is such twisted logic. It makes no sense that a judge says you can destroy HYBE, BTS and anyone else you want as long and you don’t harm AROR. Are there no laws about deliberately trying to take down a publicly owned company, about releasing private documents regarding idols, etc?

@@moonlight_antonio mhj won the injunction. But hybe can still replace her VP and her other associates. They just can’t fire her during tomorrow’s meeting. She currently trying to say the injunction also applies to her vp and her associates but when she filed originally it was only for her. So I don’t think that it will work

@@Imme_begin it doesn’t make sense but ultimately hybe put the clause in the contract that states that ador must be the one to be to suffer harm not hybe. So because of the wording of the contract she won on a technicality. I don’t know who lawyers were who thought it would be a good idea to put that in there, but they need to be fired immediately. In order for hybe to win they needed mhj to proceed with the plan that she was planning on doing but because hybe initiated audit it caused mhj to stop doing the plan aka the act.

@vjstigall Ah! I see now…. Yeah that was silly of HYBE to write that clause in the contract. Whoever advised them on that should be fired fr cause it doesn’t make sense and it doesn’t help HYBE much in a situation like this when someone is trying to destroy their community from within. So she would’ve had to have followed through with her plan in order for there to be any legal grounds of termination. I wonder what will happen next. I mean, at the very least, the VP gotta get the boot I hope. So because of this, she won, eh😑 well that’s that, I wonder will HYBE replace everyone else in ADOR instead of MHJ.

She may maintained her CEO position for now but all the board of director will be replace by Hybe's trusted team so I dont think she will have independence in making decision in Ador. Her every moved will be monitored coz Hybe dont trust her anymore.

@@geri911 Sorry but they can be fired or moved around as they are basically Hybe employees and the court judgement only covered MHJ. So the likelihood is that all involved will be fired and there will be some reshuffling. The board makes all the decisions not the CEO, so she will retain her position of CEO and be scrutinised for every move she does, which won’t be much as the board will call the shots and her role as CEO will basically be in name only.

Unfortunately, her condescending pity party worked, and the judges saved face from K-nets’ backlash instead of looking at all the shady angles she’s pulling and demanding she turn in that laptop owned by Hybe. They can’t fire her for now, but I don’t see how she can show her smug face to people she betrayed and biting the hand that feeds her. There’s so much more to this and she’s making sure they don’t come to surface.

This is just an injunction because the contract protected her. There is still a criminal case going on, and we have to see what they recover from her laptop. The judge ruling didn't claim her as innocent though. They said what she did was unethical, but she hasn't executed yet. I bet they will find evidences that she did on her laptop.

Fortunately there is a NEW Board of Directors at ador who TRULY has the BEST interests of NewJeans at heart and will sincerely take care of and support the young members (and their parents) …

The court said she didn't screw over ADOR, but she's definitely *trying* to screw over HYBE. Her contract says she can only be removed from her position before the five years of her contract are up ONLY if she does something to harm ADOR. If HYBE wants her gone before that -- it will cost them $14million. Once she's found guilty in the main case, her damaged reputation will definitely affect ADOR and she can then be fired.

I’ve seen some say that they respect her for saying that the copying is not the girls’ fault (Illit) but she still mentioned their name. And they’re getting flooded with comment about how they are a copy of NJ which I don’t believe is the case if you watch enough of their videos. There might be some similarities because I think it’s the same K-pop culture I think. But they have their own style. why mention them by name? wouldn’t she know fandoms can get really mean? Plus it being their first year

That’s the kicker though isn’t it? I believe she knew exactly what she was doing when she mentioned them by name. It’s like when someone says, “I’m trying to be respectful”, as they proceed to then say something disrespectful. Saying that the copping was not the girls fault, only to then bring their name up anyway, it’s very disingenuous. She knew what she was doing. I would find it very hard to believe that she didn’t know what that would do. Especially when considering she’s been in the industry for so many years under SM entertainment, there’s just no way I could believe it. Because at that point, she’s most likely just playing dumb.

Since I saw the press conference I knew there’s something wrong with her. Crying and cursing trying to manipulate public opinions that is toxic.

Mhj used her directors(who are going to be sacked) and the parents (who Bang will no longer see face to face with). Njs can't make a big impact outside Hybe even if they are let go; they will be like all other gg groups. There is no way they will have succeeded if they were outside Hybe(like it or not). I also blame ARMY who were so quick to take them on as little sisters to BTS(I have always had trust issues, they will never go away). In all this debacle, two guys are more likely to lose their jobs and will be a tard difficult for them to get a job especially Lee; and njs will also have conflicted feelings towards their appearance and the relationship between them and mhj will just plainly be sugar coated. Hybe has got a lot of misgivings and they have to learn how to work in more holistic way. Mhj managed to use the loophole to tarnish them from within. Mhj never liked BTS, that's point clear regardless of working with BTS. Let me hope Bang starts appreciating BTS more, because those lads and the people they have worked with have never talked ill about him. I will ask him to increase their shares too. PS: Mhj wasn't found innocent of betraying Hybe, the judge gave the injunction about ADOR as he didn't see any reasons that she was detrimental to the subsidiary. There is still a criminal case against Mhj for defamation from BeLift Lab and Hybe supposed take over.

You are right. I also blame the ARMYs who accepted and stanned NJ as BTS little sisters. That was so annoying and still is annoying. I can't believe one of my very close army friends did that too. All this time i didn't say anything to her but after the recent controversy, i talked to her and she was freaking trynna defend NJ as totally faultless and having good discography when clearly they are at fault for supporting MHJ via court petition and clearly at fault for praising and saying i love you to MHJ infront of Lesserafim Eunchae in music bank where Eunchae is the MC. The audacity those NJ girls had yesterday to cut off Eunchae just to speak up about their love for MHJ when that 🐍🧢 destroyed eunchae's life by constantly slandering her group. They are clearly at fault for supporting 🐍🧢 even after it came out that MHJ talked bad about BTS and wanting to "end" them on her text messages. And now due to NJ's 🐍🧢 mother's fault all media outlets are writing fake accusations of cvlt and chart manipulation against BTS. All this while NJ sits on the top artist floor of hybe aka 16th floor which actually belongs to BTS as the ones who built that hybe building. And the NJ discography that my friend was praising, who's gonna tell her that even that discography is full of plagiarised music lol. I can't believe she put a distance between me and stopped talking to me just because i pointed these out to her. NJ as a group and it's fandom are the most ungrateful bratz i have ever seen in all of kpop

All Kpop isnt the best source. Koreaboo is one of the worst. Panchoa is literally 2 kpop stans being toxic. You’ll have a better chance of getting some actual info in a k-tube comment section which is known to be a circus at the best of times.

Good question. I don’t know her intentions on helping him with the creative side of ‘layover’, all I know is that she contacted him and asked if he was free to come over and the rest is history. I’m thinking more in terms of what MHJ was discussing with her shaman friend about how she could influence BTS to enlist in the military and how it could help MHJ to better promote her group as a result. Not that the shaman had the power to put BTS in the military in the first place… That was bound to happen, because of how things were going with the government not wanting to exempt anyone from serving, but it does show you where her mind was overall, that she would consult a mystic to see if said mystic could influence BTS to basically get out of her way. And she’s even stated this to be true at the press conference. So, in terms of a competitive aspect, I gather she doesn’t like BTS too much. But just because a person doesn’t like another person, doesn’t mean that they’re not willing to work with said person on one or two projects, you know, just to have their name in something great that they did for someone who is super Duper famous. But that’s my speculation on that. Everyone has their reasons for doing what they do, all we can do is wonder.

He is not the CEO of Hybe and therefore does not make the decisions. When Hybe was formed he brought in professional people to run it. He is the chairman with the highest shares in Hybe but day to day decisions are not made by him as he wanted to continue with music production and so is the CEO of Big Hit but not Hybe!
