Milwaukee tools used by a mechanic

Ойын-сауық

Not saying Milwaukee is the best but the M18 and M12 battery platform I like a lot I have owned the vast majority of these tools for around 2 to 3 years and still doing well. The Milwaukee under hood light get's pulled out everytime I do engine work or have to be in the engine bay and the Milwaukee under body light is for sure a game changer IMO. The Milwaukee m12 3/8 stubby impact and my converted 1/4 head long reach m12 ratchet with a 3/8 anvil are used everyday and they still work good. Next in line is the Milwaukee 1/2 drive mid-torque impact and the Milwaukee none fuel 1/4 drive ratchet. After that the Milwaukee 1/2 high-torque impact and the little 1/4 drive impact. The Milwaukee screw gun is been handy for dash work. Then the Milwaukee 90 degree die grinder and my M12 and M18 drills. And the big boy in the game the Milwaukee 1 inch drive impact I don't use it a lot but it's nice to have in the collection. I know I forgot about the none fuel 3/8 drive ratchet but it barely moves out of place and it shows because I forgot plum about it
So what do you think? Love it ? Hate it? Share your opinion.

the high torque 1/2" and 3/8" stubby are top of my list use them all the time on service calls I have the 1" but i've kinda found that if the 1/2" won't get it neither will 1" thats when my mac air 1" comes out and that thing is nasty lol

You can also save a little money and just buy a new car! My plan had been to go all out with Milwaukee (i have a few), but their prices are totally unjustifiable. Unless they want to completely alienate everyone but well-off unmarried/divorced professionals, they need to chill and be humbled. I'm thinking a "Milwaukee" stencil and some red spray paint would do wonders for a Hercules, and I doubt it would void its superior OTC warranty. If you look at Milwaukee's deals, kits, and offerings (and what's missing from them) you can tell their business model is just to eek out every last dollar they can from their customers without delivering more value than their name. If there's a shadowy Big Tool, it's Milwaukee

If you can't afford Milwaukee that's fine and buy yourself HF if you like. I have no problems with Milwaukee and I'm still happily married LOL. And if you rather buy a new car vs quality tool that is completely up to you. I'm sticking to what I have and thank you for watching
