1:54 that's just unsettling
I have had the 3/8" for just over a week and love to so far!
I got mine last week with the 4.0 high out put and charger for 260 off my tool truck and im very happy with the new extended reach 3/8 high speed
I can hear Mr. Subaru's whining starting at 3:35

1st impressions are always good to know. Thanks for your time. Might be adding it to my box this weekend if it's in stock.

Thats why I prefer my snap on. The fit and finish is just better. Might try a new high speed extended 1/4. Got the standard length 1/4 snappy and extended 3/8 snappy.
Great video. They need to upgrade their right angle impact wrench to like 400ft lb.
Those 3/8 milwaukee extensions are awesome
Now that the 3/8 and 1/4 head are about the same size, wouldn't the 3/8 be more versatile?

@@DiagT my shallow sockets for 1/4 and 3/8 drive are the nearly the same size. Pairing this ratchet up with stubby 3/8 sockets from Capri or astro would be amazing.

hey i have the older extended 3/8 big head one and just bought the 1/4 high speed extended .. i did find the big head actually not versatile as it wouldnt fit some areas in cars.. i also have the right angle torque wrench 3/8 should i sell the extended 3/8v? Use the money to buy some good sockets.. the torque wrench is the one for power in those spots my stubby wont fit..
For the extended version would you say 1/4 is more useful to get into those right spaces?
How much manual torque do you think that 1/4 could take? Ive seen the 3/8 break 100 ft/lbs
Just broke the head off my 1/4 snap on. Would be a good time to switch
Those are some nice ratchets, I have the DeWALT ratchets and I'm DeWALT all day but I like the design of the new Milwaukee way more than the DeWALT's, I think Milwaukee's ratchets are way smaller and better.
I want the new 3/8 but can’t get it yet.... fck! im from Canada
Any updates on daily use? Interested to know if the 3/8th high speed sacrifices to much torque

I have the 3/8 high speed. This is fast as hell. Has no torque though, that is extremely frustrating having to manually loosen everything. Imagine breaking free a rusty bolt and still not being able to spin it. I recommend sticking with the higher torque. This thing slows me down because it’s too weak.
Do you have the SnapOn version? I don’t like the Milwaukee paddle switch. But it’s a good tool.

Fairly certain if you want you, you can knock a pin out and just use the small button the paddle presses against.

@@baileyhatfield4273 Yup this is exactly what I do, did that to my 1/4" the day I got it years ago I cant even imagine using the paddle.. when I buy my extended ill remove the paddle right away its literally 100% better idk why they even have the paddle
✌
Do you run into nuts or bolts that the high speed won’t take out because of rust or corrosion?
@marcopineda2249
Жыл бұрын
Theres plenty. I have both the normal length high speeds (1/4”, 3/8”) and there’s plenty of times i will bust out my hand ratchet to loosen before using the M12 ratchet. These tools are not designed to be breaking loose fasteners but they still do it for me 80% of the time. You just have to be smart with how you use the tool and recognize when you’re asking too much of it.

@@marcopineda2249 I don’t think you understand what I’m trying to say, I manually break the bolt or nut loose but there are so much rust or corrosion that the ratchet can’t still can’t run off because of the low torque. The higher torque gen 1 fuel ratchet can remove it
100 ft lb of manual torque
wouldn't a scan tool make by Milwaukee sell like hotcakes!!
Too bad most are sold out
No spec no subscribe.😂
At $250 for bare tool I will wait. Milwaukee is too proud of their underachievement.

It's called a "vocalized pause" and speakers don't know they do it. It's, ya know, amazingly annoying how ya know it creeps in everywhere....
Milwaukee knows how to make some ugly tools with no color options…I’ll definetly stick with my snap on extended
