2 deep Heavy duty draws so you don’t have to unstack it to get in it!

When packout finally drops this with a big strong front drawer, a million men will come runnin, if not more

Now make it with drawers, I would love to roll packout into job and not have to unstack it.

My biggest complaint about it is you have to take 5 things off it to access it. Stupid thing should have been made with a drawer.

That is honestly the number one complete. The handl problem has already been addressed and fixed by most of us. Having a bottom box that is accessible from the front is the bigger problem.

They SHOULD have made the wheels and handle setup removable so you can use the bottom box with whatever Packout piece you chose. Making the handle removable solves one issue but it still leaves us with having to remove whatever is on top to access it.

The bottom box should have drawers.

What happened to this? It totally disappeared everywhere except this video...

Should be giving us these handles for free. I was so pissed when I got my set and it didn’t fit under the cover. Where did they think we would be putting these tools? Somebody dropped the ball on the design. I can imagine the first Milwaukee employee to walk out to his truck and throw it in, “ oh shit” we screwed up.

No I believe the biggest complaint is when you put other stuff on top of that rolling box and you can't get anything out of the box because there's so much s*** on top of it you have to take it all off each time

Because literally all the plastic modular toolbox brands except for DeWalt are manufactured by one company in Israel, it takes forever for anything new to release because there is a huge bottleneck. That's why Milwaukee is so slow to resond to the newer modular boxes, and why lines like Flex and Rigid haven't released anything new in a while.

Honestly, the handle never bothered me but it is a welcome upgrade. The biggest gripe I had is it should’ve been a drawer system of some type from the jump. I know that they are releasing the rolling drawer at the beginning of next year and it’s already been showcased and stuff but that really should’ve been the basis of their whole system and I often wonder why myself and everyone else just overlooked that giant flaw of essentially having to de-stack everything to open a fliptop to access everything. I’ve got a drawer system on my roller now and it’s the best decision I’ve made and honestly they should just stick with doing that with all of their solutions moving forward.

Not the number one problem.. the number one problem is I have to take literally everything off of the top just to access it lol

I did this recently. I’m a 31 year old man and needed my friend to help me hold the door panel. This was impressive.

Milwaukee should also sell this handle as a complete rolling cart that connects to the lower box and also offer a larger box with big slide-out drawers instead of the open-top design.

Thank God I just got one I would've been pissed if they didn't sell the handle separate

They should reimbursed the old handle or give credit towards the new handle. Otherwise we're going to be stuck with the old useless handle.😡😡

If Milwaukee would have listened, we would have a bottom box that is accessible from the front.

The only reason I don't have one is because you can't get into the box without removing everything on top.

Now they just need to make it available for purchase. Not available on the Milwaukee Tools website and not available at Home Depot

Here it is 8 months later and no sign of the update at HD

Would be cool if they desired the wheels as balls so we could get omnidirectional movement like a Dolly when we need to access hard to get areas but we have a full 6 stack attached. Make those wheels lockable, make the hand detachable and reinforced so it doesn't give so easily. Also agree with the other 2.6 billion men, make the bottom box a drawer or hutch or even just give us the option to choose between what we want. The whole point of this system is to be modular and not having the option to access the box without unstacking everything is a pain.

Top complaint I’ve heard from coworkers is the price.

I guess as an employee its expensive but as a contractor it pays itself in less than 30 min

My problem is I can figure out what to put where. I wish the inside was more squared off and didn’t have the wheel wells. Mine currently is holing 10-12 m12 chargers that’s cheap ones we all keep.

SOOO satisfying to see in the comments that I’m not the only one wondering where the unit with deep drawers is. I realize in this moment that it’s impractical for heavy tools. I can imagine the tipping dangers without a weighted frame. So maybe the Drawer should be the base on wheels, then stack bins on top of it, to avoid needless unstacking.

My #1 complaint is the rolling base is useless. When I have a stack of boxes, you have to take everything off to access the base. I wish they'd make the rolling base either front opening into one big door, or make a 2-3 drawer rolling base. The base was the absolute worst thing I've bought. I should've got the dolly, or the 2 wheel cart, atleast I could use it.

Nahhh, buy the Neat Tools removable handle kit instead. Much better solution! Super easy install, and makes the handle quick release removable! Doable with one hand!

I love Milwaukee and the packout but it’s to bulky most of the time to get in and out of the jobs 😢
