The MILWAUKEE M18 FUEL ANGLER Interchangeable Pulling Fish Tape Systemis the world's first battery powered fish tape solution. The forward and reverse are the same on impacts and drills and they aren’t labeled either. I get what your saying I guess if you’re not using tools daily it’s not second nature
so if i have a 110mm pipe 60 meters in the ground at a depth of 60 cm with some 400v wire and opticalfibers and i want to add lets say an utp wire then the polyester one isnt going to work ? better take the steel one?

Right place at the right time. They were changing out the display at a local hardware store and I ask them if I could have it. They were just going to throw it out.
Why not change tape out with fiberglass one

They only make two interchangeable ones right now for the M18 puller. Metal and polyester. I would really like it if they did a fiberglass version. Hopefully soon.

i think he ment take it apart and put your own fiberglass on the drum
The poly fishtape is trash....can never get it to go through a decent pipe run...less than 80' and two 90s 3/4 emt and it kept binding up and wanting to reverse its self

I agree , they made the head , way to big and bulky , i can send my Greenlee fiberglass without any issues where this can't do it , the Greenlee head is half the size of Milwaukee .... Horrible product .....
Worst tool that i own ( and i own a ton of Milwaukee tools ,both M18 and M12 ) , this is by far the worst and by the way if your fish tape will get stuck inside the drum like mine (Milwaukee wont honor the warranty on him ) , they just sent it back to me saying that is not a manufacturing defect and to fix it it will be a $230 charge 😂 . Worst tool ever , i will stay away from it .

Thannnnkkkk youuuuu SIR!! This is the comment that I was looking for. Wow I can’t believe they won’t honor that !!!! There’s physically no way for a person to stick their fingers in there and purposely make it get stuck lol wtf ? That’s dumb & should be the number one reason they DO cover it under warranty because even tend binding happened with a regular fish tape from time to time!! They put a bad taste in my mouth when that one man. Wow.

@@GreenChronicles561 Quick update , my both drums (240Ft steel and 200ft Nylon) are now stuck inside and will not come out . I will honestly stay away from this tool because of the drums , not the tool itself ( that feel strong ) , but everything ends there....
