Impressively accurate
Maybe people used this idea to create the bitcoin, and it has nothing to do with him predicting. Milton's suggestion here stems from a very good understanding of how central banks work. It's like people using the "design argument" to prove the existence of a creator, while in fact humans wouldn't have existed if the universe weren't the way it is :)

I think he predicted PEPE. Monero? Really ? It’s clear bitcoin .
He actually quoted it much earlier in the book Money Mischief that was copyrighted in 1980!
