The best video I seen is from your fellow KZreadr. Outdoor chef life Taku and Jocelyn the video that I am talking about is where Jocelyn stuck her head in front of camera and made everyone jump out of there.....seats. We are going to miss them this year in the bay area. Think of it as a going away gift. Great video Adam. I am 6'2" and am afraid of standing up in my kayak hahaha

That was very entertaining watching throw your cast net for a bit. I jig up herring in Alaska every spring on a Sabiki rig. We usually will bring an extra rod so when you bring up your jig full of baits you can drop the other and jig until you get another on. The tricks is leaving it out there when you feel the first jiggle. You need to use about a 3-4 oz weight and keep your line from getting slack or you will have a mess on your hands. When you go to take the herring off you should drape the bottom 3 herring in your cooler and take the top 3 off first. I like to salt my herring the day before so the do not come off as easy as well. I hope this helps if you try this out. I usually would do this and get a couple hundred every time. Good luck!

Just as far as fishing videos in general go... the funniest video ever- If you haven't already seen it, search for "guy from Boston freaks out when he sees giant sunfish". It's freaking hilarious... You can totally sense his confusion and disbelief at what he is seeing... I think it went viral...They had t-shirts and interviews on TV... and more importantly I've probably seen it six or eight times and laughed my ass off every time. peace.

Die Hard Fishing Award is simple and to the point. I would name the top finishers as follows: 3rd Place - Die Hard 2nd Place - Die Harder 1st Place - Die Hardest Last Place/Booby Prize - Just Died As far as nominations (assuming we can't nominate you): any catch and cook from Taku/Jocelyn.

💛...any time you need to use a fishing license, it's fishing... as far as a title, the 'hot dam, it's adam' award, or the dammies...
