It's always funny when people just say something like "put x amount of money away every month. "... , if I did that, I wouldn't be able to pay my bills.
Dude, I fricking love your voice. It's so goofy and cartoonish, I'm instantly filled with joy whenever I open a new video.

We were able to become millionaires, but under circumstances I would trade the world for. We had multiple deaths in our family, and we were the only two left I would trade every single cent I have to get those love ones back.

So sorry to hear of such heart break. But please know that their hard earnt money can now enhance your lives and bring real meaning to you and others. Whether it be through activism, charity, community or chasing your dreams. Let them live through the work you do and enjoyment you gain. 💕
That story with the ghost girl was so wholesome, I'm currently choked up
I absolutely laughed out loud the way you read story 1. I’d have read it the same way (& I also would’ve had an 🍊 lol).

Regarding printing photos and not looking at your Google Drive: Put all your photos in a folder and set it to the screensaver or desktop background on your computer or laptop. Great way to see reminders of past things without having to choose your three favourites to sit on the wall. My mother does this with past travel photos; she has over 15 years of memories cycling and a backup drive to make sure she never loses anything.
Wow I’ve never been so early, I love your channel!! 😁

Lived my whole life like I was poor. . . I'm still poor
Love watching this while doing something else lmao, thanks so much for these!
The millionaire section irks me. So many of them are full of 'live frugally, take free stuff when offered, drink water and it's simple to become wealthy" but are completely silent on what their annual income was. So I can't tell how applicable their advice even is? "Live frugally on low 5 figures and you can become a millionaire" would be something I could be inspired by and consider changing my lifestyle to save even more. "Live frugally on high 5 figures and you can become a millionaire". Well that's still somewhat admirable but you earn 3-4 times as much as me. 6 figures plus? Forget about it.

Don't obsess about being a millionaire specifically. Save as much as you can starting as early as you can. Even if it's just $50 a month over time it adds up. Real wealthy don't obsess over flashy, flamboyant things. They only spend what they actually need, having more freedom to splurge once in a while.

@@l1nuxguy646 if I was to start saving $50 pcm from age 25 til age 65 at 9.8% return per annum that would apparently give me an end balance of $262,627. But that's not adjusting for inflation of about 2.5% a year. If I try to (very roughly) account for that it drops to an end balance of $133,719. If I can only make 5% (after inflation) it drops to $74,126. If I can only afford $25 dollars but making 7.5% after inflation it comes to $70k . Is this better than nothing? Sure I guess. But these figures are getting to be more like 'nice safety net' than 'retire in luxury' numbers. It takes about $355 pcm at 7.5% growth after inflation for 40 years to break a million. If you can afford that in both monthly finances and Time, great! But it helps to get some idea of what is needed.

@@Rainstorm45 . . . are you trying to hint I should murder millionaires? cos otherwise I can't see why that timestamp
There was a girl in my middle school (let’s call her Chloe) who was a grade below me. She harassed my friend group for an entire school year, stalking the guys, patronizing the girls (or anyone who looked like a girl) ect. At this point, almost everyone in the group had reported her to the staff, but no action was taken except for a staff member telling us “Sometimes we need to understand that Chloe is different, and she doesn’t understand that she’s wrong!!” (Not a direct quote because it was quite a while ago.) At some point it got so bad that Chloe was pushing around feminine members of the group and borderline sexually harassing masculine members of the group. No action was ever taken to prevent this and she eventually stopped when most of us moved up to high school.
And then there's some who couldn't afford to put away money when we were younger.
You cannot convince me that starting work at 14 is good work ethics

Dave Ramsey principles -Live on less than you make -Never borrow money, there is always a way to avoid it. The exception is the house you live in. -Pay off your house -Live frugal through the babysteps to pay off all debts and save your 3-6 month emergency fund. -"Live like no one else would, so that later you can live and give Like no one else."
You've got a great laugh. It's absolutely contagious 🤣
I don’t know how I feel about millionaires shopping thrift….isn’t that there for people to afford what they typically can’t?
Should I write that horror novel? About the lady from the bus? I already write every day and I wouldn't mind doing that as well, it would keep me motivated.

I wanna say yes, but the thought that someone suffering from a psychotic break may have died in those woods that day makes me hesitate...
Good thought process, here, I appreciate what I hear!
Incident at my elementary school was when a deer got into the Kindergartner’s garden. Kid got hurt when he or she teased the deer
The nightmare story reminds me of one that F*ed me up for weeks. It started with my family and me going out to eat enjoy the meal. I remember feeling that feeling of something looking at me and when I looked up outside the window. I saw the 3 headed h3ll hound (which is odd cuz I really loved that mythical beast still my favorite to this day) I was in a stat of pain trying to tell my family but no matter how much I yelled and cried for them to leave with me. They keep talking and enjoy the conversation to my horror it started running to use after backing up from fear I watched my family die... this happened every night for about a month after a while of the same dream I started learning how to control them. Making small changes like them being able to hear me or moving to me having the abilities like the flash to save everyone in the restaurant. That then end I was able to fight the h3ll hound and win ending the dream to never come back again. This happened 10 years ago it is now one of my favorites dreams to think about cuz I get to relive the feeling of going out to eat with my grandma, mom and little sister. 😊
RE Story 4 (self termination). Our very dear friend and neighbor committed self termination on 9/04/2023. None of us saw the signs and I saw him less than an hour before he took his life. His 6 year old daughter was visiting me and he came by to tell her he loved her, gave her a hug and a kiss and was gone. He was a Veteran and worked for the local Sheriff’s Department. His wife, coworkers and friends never saw anything that would make him do this. It eats at me every day and now I know a little bit (very little) about how my beloved aunt felt when my cousin did this (I was only 10 at the time). TALK to someone, anyone. Your life story isn’t over yet and those who love you would be beyond devastated. ;;; 💔
Thanks bro
59:34 Ok but have you ever tried freezing plain cake donuts? It’s amazing and you should totally try it. As a kid we would go to this amazing donut place and only buy the plain Krullers and freeze them all. I have donuts in my freezer now and use them as motivation for finishing essays 😂
First one is actually really a horrible way to live. If you’ve got the money, then spend it, you can’t take anything with you to the grave.
They don't *have* to tell you the charges at the arrest. They have to tell you at arraignment. It's just to make things easier and avoid incidents that they usually tell you at arrest. The charges can also change between arrest and arraignment. I think the point of that story was that the idea you have to know the charges at arrest isn't a law.
32:23 this hit hard tbh.
43:08 I was "Unhinged", 😟😟 while growing up. And I had to learn some things "The Hard Way" ☝🏻👇🏻. Thankful to this day, that I know how to prepare. Looking forward to meeting others and helping them. It helps to have good standards.
Some kids got three day ISS after making a video threatening me, I never saw it, but the principle called me in, talked to me about it, said I didn't want to see it, and my classmates already didn't like me, so that didn't make it better. I switched schools a year later

Personally I don't believe in ghosts, but I do believe that there are things that occur that we cannot explain
First story "I have a million dollars" but I don't buy oranges if I have free pears. Careful investment of $1M should yield $50K a year plus the spouse's income they may have $85K income, that's pretty good in most parts of the USA.
1:02:11 I am just gonna be funny stoopid again with my Explanation Again 🙌🏻👐🏻.. Cowbells from the species of cow, which Cheese is Mozzarella (Put A Ring On It), with the dough that comes from the field's hay, that those Cows eat from. One person that finds the bell can cook with the Farmer that makes those Pizzas, and have a night to eat at their house (Secret Location, Of Course), and see all their family history!!
There are so many already that has been injured for life, handicapped, and even dead thanks to that stupid Skullbreaker challenge, many schools has even banned it.
A huge difference between being rich and being wealthy is restraint. Rich people change their lifestyles to match their incomes. Wealthy people keep their lifestyles to grow their incomes.
Used to have a reoccurring dream when I was a kid used to scare the crap out of me. I went to the movie one day when my grandson was in school, new movie big box office movie. The matrix… how the hell did they get into not my head, almost walked out it was the beginning of this dream I had on and off sense I was a kid. Never seen the rest of them, and haven’t had that dream since that day. Now that I put that out in the universe it will start again. Never told anyone about it so how did they get there not MY HEAD
My grandparents on both sides + my parents gave me the money upon my wedding. But without their generosity, I am doing well for someone my age. My lifestyle is simple, so I don't spend much.

Bunch of "I'm a millionaire because I started poor, didn't go to starbucks, and didn't have avocado toast" in this video.
11 year old here:have not heard of the jawbreaker challenge and it probably doesn't exist and the girls were just being mean to the boy
Story 8, it means if you bought a camera and didn't have the receipt to the camera stored it at my house for a year and then came to pick it up, I could say it's mine as it's in my possession. Neither have proof. But I have the item. Cops have to go with it as a civil matter which is a he said she said. But I have it and you have no proof it's yours. It's not official law, just how it naturally plays out.
A Million dollars isn't that much. In fact, it's estimated those under age 35 will need about 2.4 million to retire with a middle-class level lifestyle. Most of it is knowing your value and advocating for yourself. That's really the secret. Negotiating a 20% raise and diverting the difference into investments. That and keep expenses down. You likely don't need the new flagship smartphone every year. You don't need the latest model car. Things like that add up. Let's say you're 25 years old. You shell out $1,500 for the latest smartphone. You're down $1,500. Now imagine you hang onto your old phone a bit longer. You instead take the $1500 and invest it in something that returns 10% annually (which isn't that difficult to do). By the time you're 65, that will be $62,000 with compounding interest over 40 years. Adjusted for projected inflation, that would be about $15,000 in spending power comparable to today's money. So a 10x return for doing basically nothing. If your car payment THIS YEAR ALONE is $300/mo vs $600/mo, and it's similarly invested, that's $36,000, adjusted for inflation when you retire. Those little bits of money add up to a lot over time. Now let's talk Fast Food. I went through the drive-thru the other day and a meal came out to $17. Imagine eating one such meal a day (many people do this). That's over $6,000 a year in fast food alone. Brown-bagging it for one year when you're 25 and investing the difference will get you $62,000 at retirement, adjusted for inflation. As the saying goes... those who understand interest rates earn them, those who don't pay them. If you can live cheap for 10 years in your 20s or 30s (the sooner the better) and just put every cent you have away after expenses, you will be very well off. Now here's a dirty little secret... If you have the money to pay cash for college, there is virtually no degree you can earn that will make you more money than you would make by investing $100k instead of spending it on college. You will make more money investing that and working a blue-collar job than you will ever make as a doctor who has to pay off student loans and who you have a 6-8 year head start on. Their salary will be much higher, but their net worth will basically never catch up. Their higher salaries are not because they're more valued in the economy, it's to offset the massive opportunity cost of that extended education. As for generational wealth: When a child is born into the family, as soon as they have a social security number, open a custodial brokerage account for them. Aim for $800 a month in contributions. That's basically a car payment. If they continue that contribution rate after they take possession of the portfolio, they will be retired at 40 with a very nice lifestyle. That's enough to live on the interest and never touch the principal. After taxes, and adjusted for inflation, you would be somewhere in the ballpark of $1,500 a week in today's money for doing basically nothing. So how do you set your kids up like this if you're not financially stable yourself? First, don't have a lot of kids. Consider it part of the cost of having kids, and don't have a second child until you can afford this for both of them. Next, family contributions. A lot of relatives may be willing to kick in $20 a month toward that fund. Then you can consider part-time work. You'd make as much delivering pizzas 3 nights a week after work or any other minor side-hustle that doesn't require a lot of time and effort. They key factor is starting as early as possible. Seriously, they pull the baby out, slap it on the ass, clean it off and while they're doing that, you're opening the account. Do not delay, time is your biggest ally and biggest enemy. The only time better than the present to start is anytime before that. One of the easiest ways is to buy a rental property before you have kids. Use the profits of that (after expenses of course) to fund their account, and pay yourself back for the principal investment in the property. Then you can transfer the home to them, which they can use to continue funding the account in adulthood, or they can move in and not have to worry about rent or a mortgage payment, and divert that portion of their income to savings. It's not as difficult to do this as people think, even on a very low budget. You just have to come up with a plan that works for you and commit to it.
Lmao where did the advice go? 😅
The content warning you mase the editor failed you there is no text for the warning😂😂

The secret is being born rich.
Having a million bucks doesn't mean one is rich anymore. It's really not very much money anymore. People who are truly rich didn't get there by working at jobs. People need to stop measuring their wealth by how much money they're worth. No matter how much you have, you still have to live in this world, and you're still you. Time is our most precious commodity- use it wisely. Work little/forget about money. Live in a NICE place (Not a fancy place- a NICE place, where you can have freedom and space, and see sky and grass all around- such places are not expensive; they are cheaper than these disgusting cities/suburbs. I'm only worth about 250K, but I hardly work (true for most of my life) and live on 27 acres...in a used mobile home I paid 12K for...no debt..no taxes...no stress- I enjoy my life- always have; I love my 20 year-old vehicles. Where are my peers whom I grew up with? Half of them are dead already; the rest are toughing it out, hoping they'll get to have a little fun if they live long enough to retire and their investments don't go bust....but I HAVE LIVED! You won't remember that new car or your 401K on your deathbed- you'll remember how you spent your life and who you spent it with. I quit school the day I turned 16 and never looked back. I did the right thing.
I'm in the cool kids corner now! Woohoo!!
Really, the amount of ads is a little bit exaggerated. I nope out.
"....money doesnt buy hou happiness." We seriously need to stop hearing that. That is uncategorically false. It is only ever said by those who have been born into money, as 1st story's OP was. Also, lets acknowledge a bunch of these stories are either sht posts or straight up BS. We all know penny pinching isnt going to make you rich.

You need to save for retirement, unless you want to die on the Walmart floor
I feel like you are giving off a bias of not Liking people with money. And I really like your videos, but feel like you’re attacking for no reason.
The narrator's talking way too much and rambling jokes that aren't that great. We love your voice but we don't need your two pence after every second story. It is tiring and doesn't appeal to a majority of your audiences. Or if I'm wrong and your proportion of contribution has stayed consistent over the years, then ignore me.
