My hometown. Born and raised.
Those houses are around 300k each. We just looked at the one with the teal roof yesterday for 224k. They are historic houses that have major residential limitations from the 1800s.

Oh, these homes have gone through some extensive remodeling over the years! You may not recognize the street if you drove past now. It's on Main Street just up from the downtown River District, near the Sutherlin Mansion.
