What bothered me most was not the snobbery or cruelty it was the BETRAYAL. She had been the other girl's friend (maybe "frenemy" is the better term?) then turns on her friend and treats her friend like crap because her friend became a maid.

If my Dad was as wise as the character Istan plays in this episode, yes I would tell him. This was another excellent episode and great to see Istan once again. The two actors that played Istan's daughter and the maid, Viola, were excellent in their roles. The writing was excellent. You guys once again hit the ball out of the park!

I once knew a woman who was a maid at the Waldorf Astoria (20 years ago) The staff dreaded visits from Paris Hilton.Her orders difficult but must be obeyed. The worse thing was she constantly snapped her fingers at the staff.

The hotel maid did her best but the entitled guest belittled her and thought she could escape from punishment. She will be banned, have allowance cut and must take the place of the maid!!!!

I was really glad that in the end, Jessica saw the light and realized what a rotten person she was and so brave of her to stand up to that blonde brat and her other "former friends" by threatening to call security if they didn't leave immediately.
