The boss is such a hypocrite! How can he call out one of his employees for a racist joke, when he himself is racist? When are people going to learn that it doesn't matter what color your skin is? When you judge someone based on their skin color, you only define yourself!

You have really nailed it! The exact definition I have been looking to hear all this while! Not been a racist doesn't only mean having black friends or spouses of color, but seeing everyone equal in rights and respect irrespective of race, color and other differencials. There are so many who claims they are not racists but their actions speaks grossly otherwise....even in the church! Great job @Dramatize me

Not being racist is about looking at somebody and not judging them on their race but judging them on the content of their character that is the only definition you need because there are many people of my own race that I don't consider an equal doesn't make me a racist

It’s not just people of color but women are also treated this way. I worked in the corporate arena and have my own sad stories to tell. Fortunately I have collected a lot of friends in life of different race, culture & color and my life has been enriched and blessed as a result. Those who discriminate or shame others are closed minded & the tapestry of their life is incomplete. We are all children of God and we are all brothers & sisters spiritually. Love & Kindness is priceless! ❤

Amazing story! I may not suffer from racism due to my skin colour, but faced a lot of prejudice while I was dating my daughter's dad in Italy. His family treated me as trash and even asked me to kill myself with my daughter in my womb. Just because I am Brazilian... I left my last two jobs due to racism. They were both women and really evil. They always said they weren’t but said the most disgusting things. They both judged me on my body and the shape of it. They believed that I was something that I was not because of it. And they felt that women who are a certain race are loose. Which is the most disgusting thought you can think of a person based off of race or color. I’m glad there was justice in this story, because so many nasty things like this happen, and it keeps happening due to individuals wanting to sweep things under the rug. Another great story.
What goes around comes around that guy at the end had gotten exactly what he deserved you should always treat people equally

Morals of the story: 1. Racism has no place in the workplace. 2. People either build or ruin their character by their actions. 3. Everyone should have equal opportunities no matter who they are or what they look like. 4. A worker's value is determined by their diligence, dedication, and honesty, not their race. 5. Never judge people by the colour of their skin.
Just excellent

Wow,great video. This verifies that we as a race of people already know the real deal.He would rather pay this man a hefty salary with insurance and all then to let him be a productive human being. He said that they don't care what he had to offer, that he was just a token to fill a quota. If the black man went to college and spent money for an education,he is not looking to be a token.Gosh, when will these people learn that we don't want anything from them except to be respected and accepted in the same capacity that they are?
