    I think the issue is that it's a guy with tattoos or just guys in general around kids in a public setting women view as creepy behavior. It's a double standard rather than about race. Women can have ill intentions just as easily as the male counterpart but are automaticly viewed as innocent unlike men.

    I admit tattoos aren't always nice things to look at, but just because you see a person with tattoos, it doesn't make them dangerous or a thug. You should never judge someone before you get to know them. I hope Rebecca's character Barbara learns this lesson.

And having tattoos are like putting graffiti on a church building. I don’t have anything against tattoos, they’re fine, I just don’t prefer having them. Having tattoos are not bad to have but they aren’t the best to have.
