I have no idea why people keep giving the passwords. Betty is much better at giving them, and she doesn't get flustered when giving them.

They could have added to the show by having the contestants finish out the last round whether going for the higher amount or not, just to get an idea if they could have won the higher amount. The stress wouldn't be there, but would still be fun to see the result. 👍✌

With the banter about what was going on after the show was over, you know Regis' wife, Joy, had to have a smile on her face!

Nadia the contestant was so beautiful with her red hair and perfect blue dress And of course we miss betty White terribly!

That was a good one man! Thanks for the memories. 👍

Those words at the end were tough. She made the right choice taking the money!

Password game from the 60's are fun with just the right amount of thrill… These ones , because of💰 prizes, become stressful to watch and no longer fun for the participants. I love the Allen Ludden episodes.

The Allen Ludden shows were the BEST! They are my own private little escape. It like going on vacation when I watch Password with Allen Ludden. He was such a true gentleman. All the guests and the studio audience had dignity and reserve that is nonexistent today.

I never knew they upgraded Password again!! The last one I thought there was was Super Password in the 80s/90s. This was another GREAT upgrade to the show!! RIP Betty White, and all the great past hosts of Password, Password Plus & Super Password: Allen Luddin, Tom Kennedy, Bert Convy & Regis Philbin.

I would’ve gone with Turkey, dressing. For stuffing. Instead of pillow

do they play a tone when u get the word right because they keep immediately giving new clues and it sounds like its for a new word. so how do the players know that theyve moved on to a new word?

There is a sound effect, plus the players have a screen in front of them with the current password, so as soon as the correct word is guessed, the clue giver can immediately look down and see the new password on screen.

Absolutely allowed. You can use a part of a word in another word. You just can’t isolate it. Football is an acceptable clue for basketball. Ball is not.

How was it only 12 episodes? I looked it up and Google said it started in June of 2008 and went to June 2009. What did an episode only air once a month?!

How much tax do you have to pay on game show winnings?

When they show you the words I wonder if they could kind of cheat and say the word before the word comes up. Example say Brawl is next when going for threshold or something to that nature.

Then again, they did the same thing during Alphabetics in Password Plus and Super Password Round on Super Password, so I assume that the showing of the word to the audience and to the contestant/celebrity was at the same time. Thus, "saying" the word would equate to a disqualification.
