@@ianthemechanical829 They are old, inefficient and ugly. New machines use way less water clean better and you don’t have to have 30 years worth of mildew and somebody else’s fabric softener smell. And you certainly don’t have a full remodel and keep all appliances. Let somebody else enjoy those machines and put them on craigslist :-)

I think the people who helped her with the house is actually people she works with because she flips homes anyways so I think they discounted her or something. Or at least I think they did. Anyways, it doesn’t matter how much much they spent at their house their money they worked hard for it.😊

I absolutely adore the way you present! Your organizational designs are perfect and your entire house is immaculate. I hope to one day have a modern, sleek and organized design like you. I'm not sure how I missed this great video, over 3 years old. The house was initially an eye sore, but what a transformation. Love how you opened the walls. The kitchen and bathrooms are so improved, and absolutely worthy of people wishing they had something as exquisite. The theater room, with soundproofing, was a stroke of genius. From ugly duckling to an elegant swan, this home is wildly successful!

Putting in the whole wall of windows to look at the pool is amazing. It makes the area look so wonderful. The porcelain countertop is amazing because it looks like marble but marble stains so easily and is so fragile. Porcelain is so durable. I love the appliance garage. It keeps everything less cluttered as well as the hidden knife block. I love the before and after!

When you opened the door I immediately thought how horrible the layout was, and then it got worse when you entered the kitchen. The transformation is absolutely stunning, and I love the open format kitchen and living area. I could go on, but know that you did an amazing renovation on that property with so many updated elements. Excellent job! 🏆

Aww, thanks so much! Yeah, I couldn't believe how much of a dump the house was when I was watching the footage from Before lol. The appliance garage and pantry are awesome, but the cabinets are so expensive, not sure they would make sense on a flip ;)

I really love your videos. Unlike other house flippers who talk to much and waste time bouncing ideas and disagreeing with each other, you get right to the point. I love the before and after style.

The video production took a while, but it was a fun process looking back at the footage from the beginning - we were like, ugh, the house was such a dump! LOL You are funny. I see that you and your family are enjoying KZread creator life too. It's awesome!

Thanks so much Sonja for appreciating the details! We went all out on our cabinets and got almost all the features they offer lol. Garage workshop is probably useful if your husband is handy and loves tools. It can also keep him occupied while shelter at home 😂
