There is a purpose of putting cloth. Why did you put a lid over the cloth? Air flow is needed for gas exchange. For fermenting foods in an Instant Pot or other covered container, using a cloth cover is generally better than a sealed lid. Here are some key reasons why: - Air exchange is important for fermentation as the yeast and bacteria need oxygen to thrive. A cloth cover allows gases to escape while still limiting contamination. - A sealed lid prevents any air exchange, which can cause unwanted pressures to build up or inhibit the fermentation process. The food may not properly ferment or risk exploding. - Cloth is breathable and porous, allowing just the right amount of airflow. It regulates oxygen levels better than a sealed lid. - Contamination risks are lower with a cloth compared to a fully open environment. Dust, pests, accidental spills are less likely to get into the fermenting food. - Cloth drapes loosely over the container for easy burping or venting if pressure builds up from gases. A lid requires complete removal.

सब्जी/ डाल मे नमक होता हैं, तो अंबाली मे वॊ नमक वाली सब्जी, दाल मिलाकर खायेंगे तो, उसके फायदे कम मिलेंगे। अगर microbes पेट मे जाना जरुरी हो तब नमक वाली चिजे साथ मे खाना avoid करना चाहीये। या ज्यादा गरम चीज भी नही खाना चाहीये।

Should we suppose to put ghee in ambali too before consuming? since I remember Dr. Khadar Wali saying to avoid constipation add ghee while consuming millets.

i watched all your video. you never mentioned that you taking polished or unpolished millets. i tried with polished millets it is easy to make Ambali. But if you take unpolished which everbody recommend, i cooked for 2-3 hours or even more i can not make it soft even after soaking for 24 hour. It is very hard . I can not make anything from umpolished millets . Please explain now what i do now.

मिलेट्स इसलिए भिगोए जाते हैं जिससे वो आसानी से पक सकें। और उसमें विटामिन B complex बन सकें। प्राण ऊर्जा का भी सिद्धांत इसमें कार्य करता है। बिना भीगे हुए को पकाना वो भी 10 गुने पानी में.... सोच कर देखो। टॉक्सिन हटाने वाली बात नहीं है

आप बेवकूफ हैं , अगर सही तरीका पत्ता नहीं हो तो ज्ञान न बांटा करें । आंबली को ढकना बिल्कुल गलत है ।बाकी आपकी गलतियां उपर बता दी गई हैं इसलिए मैं दोहराना नहीं चाहता हूं ।

I think ciramik pot which we use for setting "curd"can be used in place of mud pot.

अगर बिमारी को ठीक करना है तब मिट्टी का बर्तन अगर कोई गम्भीर बिमारी नही है तब स्टील का बर्तन भी चलेगा,अगर पूर्ण लाभ लेना है तो मिट्टी का बर्तन ही प्रयोग करें।

Hi. I tried this ambali but the qty was too much to fit in my clay pot. So i made half and stored the other half in the fridge for a day. I cooked and fermented the next day. But the taste is very bitter. Is it safe to consume?
