    Oh my, this video was so helpful as I was doing all that, what this video does not advise....     Once I heard Dr Khadar ji saying something like this that the millets we should consume should be चौमासी. He meant to say freshly grown millets are not good to consume as per digestion point of view. So can you plz clarify this point and let us know that how old or new the millet should be good to use? How to recognize them? What if we use freshly grown per too old millets? Kindly explain bcoz it’s very important to know these points while buying the right millet. Thanks & Regards

    I suppose adding salt to ambli may kill the microbes that is why salt isn't being added to curd.

    I stay in Seattle US where we don't get sunlight. To make millet flour can we spread the washed millets on a cloth, semidry and then roast dry before grinding in a mixer

    After soaking millet for 6 or 7hours grind them.After that cook the paste with little water until it becomes dough. Add ghee and salt as per your taste
