    Haan, bilkul! Millet firni banane mein low-fat doodh aur gud (jaggery) powder ka istemal kar sakte hain. Low-fat doodh use karne se firni mein kam calories hoti hain aur gud powder istemal karne se refined sugar ki jagah natural sweetness milti hai, jo ek swasth vikalp ho sakta hai. Is tarah se banayi gayi firni bhi swadisht hoti hai aur swasth ke liye bhi achhi hoti hai.
