It definitely did considering what it is!!

Before I’d tried much from them I assumed maybe Milk was overly gimmicky, but I love so many of their products. I really appreciate what they’re doing.

Being oilyyyyyyyy as well, the way your skin looked at the check in with the stick foundation makes me NEED it! That was fantastic.

Would love to see more videos like this and more wear tests for vegan products in general! 🙌 Will try the flex stick and see if it works better than the anastasia foundation stick for my oily skin

I really appreciate the effort put into doing a wear test. I find I often see people's freshly made faces and when I use the same products I wonder why it starts to look oily and different later in the day. I naively thought it was a me problem instead of just a natural thing that happens. Seeing this helps me gauge what I should expect and maybe what I should bring with me to touch up :D

I love it so so much. If i were to touch up with a tiny bit of setting powder and a setting spray to begin with, it doesn't get half as oily!

Surprisingly I haven’t tried much from Milk, considering my taste in makeup. I think that the Skin Tint would suit me and my dry skin best, especially since I prefer a sheer/light coverage. Very helpful first impressions. Thanks, gorgeous🍃🌸

I need to try milks products. They look so good and I’ve just finished all my makeup and I’m switching to vegan cruelty free but I was waiting until I empty the product

I just bought the Milk liquid foundation today, first time using their products, & I wanted to see some reviews on it before. Thank you for showing all three. I think I would prefer the tint now. I really wanted to tell you that you had some on your neck but then I realized it's yellow tattoo 😂

If you are oily, a great trick to getting away with a lightweight style foundation for longer is by applying a base layer of a loose setting powder, on top of primer/moisturizer. I just do a nice light layer, and then I apply the foundation on top using a sponge to really press it in. It gives such a beautiful finish and it makes the foundation kind of “self setting” all my other products go on so much smoother. It gives such an airbrushed look. I also do another very light set with the loose powder once the foundation is applied. I know it seems like a lot but please put HEAVY EMPHASIS ON LIGHT lol. It just helps that light foundation last longer, absorbs the oils much better and gives your skin such a beautiful finish. Some good powders for this are the charolette tillbury ones, the fenty loose powder, by terry powder. The becca hydro powder is pretty good as well.

I love Milk so much, I use their bronzer, cooling stick, and lip products every single day. I stopped wearing foundation a few months ago because I’m phasing out all non vegan products from my stash, and haven’t found a good replacement skin tint. I’ll have to pick this one up and try it out 😍

A lot of these make up brands are very smart there reeling in those vegan bucks. 💰 They know if everything is “clean & Cruelty free” It will guilt trip people into buying their make up. Now however if milk does test on animals I did look into it and it’s nothing crazy, putting make up on an animal, I’ve put lipstick on my dog before 😆 I know cover girl came out with a vegan line, must say it’s pretty nice.

Would you say you get more oily with the blur than the flex? That’s how it appeared to me in the video. I’m pretty oily too so was curious! I’m thinking of trying the flex now. Loved this video, thank you!!! 💕

Ok so... its hard to say because obviously idk how much general oil production varies/ how different my activities might've been but i do think the stiffness of the stick helps it stay more matte, perhaps. That said, i've also worn the blur one all day before and been less oily than that and i do prefer the finish overall. Sorry theres no definitive answer but i don't think you'll be disappointed in the flex stick if you do decide to get it! x

I would pick the lightest, darkest and 1 or 2 shades spaced in between. Then you can mix your own but make sure you get a variety of undertones.

Rhian HY According to stylecaster.com it is a vegan formula. It’s not on ColourPop’s Not Vegan list, I have an email out to them to double check the status though!

I tried the blur stick last month and hated it only because it was SO think and hard to apply. I didn't like the fact it was pulling on my face to apply it. I took it back to Saphora and ended up getting there foundation "Saphora" and I really like it. I would like to try the liquid foundation from Milk. My personal opinion on the stick is a big NO.

You make me want all the Milk products 🙈

Do you know anything about undertones? I can’t figure out what my undertone is for my skin and the result is, I don’t buy make up lol Help?

It's hard because you could be an undertone specialist and it's not to say what a brand labels their undertones as will still match. I usually go for neutral if i'm unsure but there are heaps of "tricks" to find out yours, heres a list of some: www.byrdie.com/figure-out-undertones If you often find neither cool nor warm match, try a neutral! And be sure to fully blend out the foundation and check against your overall neck/chest too. Sometimes i can swatch a foundation on my cheek and it looks totally wrong and then blend it out and its somehow perfect. Hope this helps!
