Re. the brace, my PT had advised I put it on periodically throughout the day to signal that my hand/arm was “napping,” besides wearing it to bed at night (this was for an overuse/repetitive strain injury if that helps). Anyhow the instructions to let it nap proved the best way for me to actually take my breaks! Best wishes for your wrist.

I had SO much to catch up on when I caught the true crime bug after Serial. I didn’t even know about O.J.! But, to be fair, I grew up in Switzerland, where seemingly nothing ever happens, so I wasn’t aware of any local cases either (just a handful of German and British ones like Maddie McCann, for example).

I’ve never used individual lashes before but I love the way they look !

This has nothing to do with the video, but I need some advice on vegan bedding! I need a new comforter/duvet insert and sheets. I have a purple mattress and the sheets need to be stretchy (we have jersey on right now) so I’m struggling a bit. You are so beautiful! The makeup turned out amazing!

This is an off topic question but do you ever miss your bangs ? Also, what did you find worked best for you styling wise during the grow out period ? I got bangs for the first time last month and brought a reference picture that the stylist chose to completely ignore and I was left really unhappy with the results so I’m trying to make them look somewhat decent until the hair is long again.
