Great work. You channel has helped me a lot with MikroTik gear. Can you explain FastTrack? Because you have to turn it off for Queues, and I'm wondering what performance I will loose by turning off Fasttrack for using Queues. I'm using the RB4011 router.

Afik! Using Fasttrack on queues renders them useless, so you've to disable FastTrack to get anything out of queue management. Needless to say RB4011 is a very capable and powerful router, if you're running it in a home or SOHO environment, it is not going to be any bottleneck for a foreseeable future.

hello, how to show the download/upload traffic in queue list?

I wonder if, for example, when I have a 10MBit connection, I turn on qos and on the user when the speed is 10Mbit and he downloads something from steam to ping, I have about 400-700, after changing to e.g. 2Mbit the ping still remains the same. Is there any way to get down to speed. ping also decreased?

Ping has nothing to do with QoS. Ping is the sum of time it takes a packet to reach its destination and for the return packet to come back. You cannot control packet delay, it's something partially the ISP can control.

I have just subscribed now. Will you make a tutorial to prioritize browsing on a certain range of IP and prioritize streaming/other of another IP range?

I am not sure if I will be able to but I suggest that you research the ports and urls that the game uses and then mark the traffic that matches.

Another option would be to put a dscp mark on your game application on the pc you use. And then catch that dscp mark on the Mikrotik device to create a QoS rule for traffic with that dscp mark.
